All aboard the hype train~~

Vol. 3 and OVA~~~

SPOILER
Neko: Chocola
Chocola is always happy-go-lucky, and cheerful. This map is dynamic like her personality. (I say this but this is basically standard mapping as well)

Neko: Vanilla
Vanilla however is one of those cheeky, silent, composed catgirl. So...this map only has sharp and straight sliders. Some of the jumps are a bit horizontal as well. Because her face is always straight and her insults are sharp, stabs you right in the heart. Oh did i mention some spicy triangles jump.

Two completely different personalities, but they're still twins regardless. So there some similarities in the composition between the 2 difficulties.

Ready for ranking ^.^

hi m4m from modreq (i use google translate
◾Neko: Chocola
00:08:881 (1,2) - Remove circles and increase slides.
00:16:508 (7) - Move right or left
00:39:390 (5) - Please insert curves like slide 4.
00:46:339 (3) - overlap
00:46:847 (2) - Please remove the slide and make it a circle.
00:51:085 (1) - overlap
01:05:491 (7,8) - The slide position is awkward.
01:25:322 (5) - Put it at the end of the slide.

◾Neko: Vanilla
00:16:508 (6) - move slightly up
00:34:983 (8) - I do not want to overlap.(its my opinion)
00:38:373 (1,2,5,6) - It is a bit closer to other jumps.
00:42:949 (2) - move left
00:46:339 (3) - overlap
01:13:966 (5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4) - Please make it smoother.
01:25:322 (5) - overlap

00:16:508 (7) - Move right or left Moved up lol
00:39:390 (5) - Please insert curves like slide 4. Would break overlaps with the next few notes
00:46:339 (3) - overlap Easier to read this way
00:46:847 (2) - Please remove the slide and make it a circle. Would break intensity/diversity
00:51:085 (1) - overlap Same, easier to read/looks better.
01:05:491 (7,8) - The slide position is awkward. Flipped
01:25:322 (5) - Put it at the end of the slide. Fixed

◾Neko: Vanilla
00:16:508 (6) - move slightly up Hmm, youre right
00:34:983 (8) - I do not want to overlap.(its my opinion) Nah, there's other similar overlaps in the map
00:38:373 (1,2,5,6) - It is a bit closer to other jumps. Grid pattern
00:42:949 (2) - move left moved a few notes a little
00:46:339 (3) - overlap Nah
01:13:966 (5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4) - Please make it smoother. If youre talking about the shape, i like it. But the smoothness is already good
01:25:322 (5) - overlap I didn't overlap but moved it closer to the slider

m4m my map please!

good luck
Thanks for the mods!

Neko: Vanilla:

00:03:796 (5) - unsnapped?
00:05:152 (2) - if you move it slightly its unsnapped too
00:12:271 (6) - would NC it since velocity change
00:14:983 (7) - NC should start here
01:03:796 (7) - NC here, you even start Kiai here
01:05:491 (1) - kinda unnecessary NC

it's well mapped, I don't see anything to change in placement to be honest, but you should recheck whole map in term of NC, good luck!

Hey there from m4m

Insane
00:13:118 - Wrong end?
00:15:661 (3) - Thise shape isnt needed since isnt a significal sound imo, same for the rest of the map
00:26:847 (3) - Rotate this a bit and maybe try to blanket with 00:27:186 (4) -
00:37:356 (5,7) - Overlap this
00:47:525 - Reduce the SV
00:50:407 (2,2) - Overlap
01:08:881 (5,4) - Overlap
01:14:305 (8) - Isnt spaced properly
01:15:830 (1,4) - Overlap

GL with the map, without some of those minor errors will be a good map for ranked, and dont forget to Overlap, u get structure from that

00:15:661 (3) - Thise shape isnt needed since isnt a significal sound imo, same for the rest of the map Ill consider this
00:26:847 (3) - Rotate this a bit and maybe try to blanket with 00:27:186 (4) - Hmm youre right
00:37:356 (5,7) - Overlap this Fixed
00:47:525 - Reduce the SV Reduced the spacing of 00:47:525 (1) - from stream instead lol, i dont see a reason to lower sv, all my other diffs has the same sv in that part
00:50:407 (2,2) - Overlap Kinda like this
01:08:881 (5,4) - Overlap This one you're right
01:14:305 (8) - Isnt spaced properly Fixed
01:15:830 (1,4) - Overlap This is the same with 01:16:169 (3,5) - I don't like overlapping to much, it's confusing sometimes, so i just nudge it a bit

GL with the map, without some of those minor errors will be a good map for ranked, and dont forget to Overlap, u get structure from that

Hello, from my queue

[General]
  1. Disable Widescreen Support
[Easy]
  1. Please check AiMod, Some of the notes do not follow distance snap. DS must be used in Easy difficulty
  2. 00:06:169 (4) - Put a clap to the slidertail? Since you put a clap here 00:03:796 (3) - it would sound consistent if you'd put a clap there too
  3. 00:06:169 (4,1) - You can blanket this
  4. 00:12:271 (1) - Spinner recovery time is less than 4 beats which breaks the ranking criteria guideline. I recommend ending this spinner on 00:13:457 -
  5. 00:17:017 (4,5) - Blanket
  6. 00:24:305 (1) - You can polish this and make a better slider art tbh
  7. 00:34:983 (5) - This slidertail ends on a big white tick, also the slider ended on a stronger sound than the sliderhead. Sliders must end on weaker or relatively equal sounds. I'd recommend this rhythm instead
  8. 00:50:237 (5,6) - Blanket
  9. 00:50:915 (6,7) - Same ^
  10. 01:11:593 (4) - The distance between this circle and (3) is too far. Like I said on my first point. DS must be used in Easy difficulty. And shall not be broken.
  11. 01:23:796 (7,1) - You can stack these two
  12. My only concerns about this is the aesthetics and the flow, for aesthetics, this 00:24:305 (1) - sliderart could've been more better. Also your blankets are off and that one stack I mentioned above. For flow, For example 00:26:169 (1,2) - this, you forced the player to move to the left instead of moving in a comfortable flow.

Planning to remap the whole diff with 1.1 or 1.2 distance snap and higher cs, with your mods in mind ofc lol, i suck at mapping low star diffs.

[Vanila]
- 00:06:847 (1) - until here was without strong kicksound. but from here we have kicksound in every white tick 1/1. but note isn't showing that. i mean, it would be better if you can put sth(clickable stuffs or 1/1 slidertail) every 1/1. like 00:07:525 -
- 00:08:542 (4) - this also breaks rhythm flow, just filling with slider is better.
- 00:57:356 (1,2) - ^
- 00:14:983 - try to use dynamic rhythm. from here notes are just like 1/2 slider or 1/2 jump, 1/2... for example if i were you, i can give 00:18:034 (1) - 1/1 slider here if i want to show high vocal :)
- 00:17:949 (6) - and can catch 1/1 to show song better.
- 00:21:424 (5,6) - omg avoid irregular high DS
- 00:24:983 (4) - sound strong, give more DS seems better
- 00:25:322 (5) - sound longers, just 1/2 slider looks not enough. i would give 5/4 here.
- 01:12:440 (1) - don't miss triplet that looks significant in this song ;w;

flow was nice overall (except for a few ones). but i think you should learm more about rhythm first, then Distance, then aesthetics. then you can rank a map xd
and dont forget everything should be for 'better expression of song'

good luck!

from q
Easy
  1. 00:01:424 (1) - end slider on the next red tick? more audible sound (vocals) making it more intuitive to follow
  2. 00:09:559 (4) - forgot NC I think
  3. 00:20:407 - should really be clickable, rather audible beat. consider ctrl+g the rhythm for 00:19:390 (2,3,4) - to allow this.
  4. 00:21:085 (5) - forgot NC
  5. 00:29:898 (6) - shift lower so it doesn't overlap with 00:28:542 (4) - ?
  6. 01:05:491 (3,4) - ctrl+g rhythm here so it's circle then slider? would make both vocal beats clickable
  7. 01:07:864 (8,1) - kinda bad stacking here
Normal
  1. at this diff's current state, it's not rankable as a normal diff. you use different DS throughout many parts of the map, which a normal diff requires to be consistent throughout. I highly suggest remapping this diff since it does not meet the criteria for a normal diff. What I mean is things like 00:35:322 (3,4,5) - and 00:39:390 (5,1) - should all have the same DS value indicated at the top right corner.
Hard
  1. 00:09:729 (2,3) - slider then circle instead? makes the vocals on the second red tick clickable, which I think is important to do as it is a 'held vocal point'
  2. 00:21:254 (3,4,5) - would be nice if there was no stacking at 4-5 since there is an upscale piano part here. i.e. stacking here is rather underwhelming
  3. please be a bit more consistent with your DS; e.g. 00:29:898 (6,7) - vs 00:31:254 (1,2) - despite the intensity in both parts being the same
  4. 00:35:661 (8) - two circles instead? both percussion sounds rather prominent
  5. 00:49:729 (5) - change to a circle then 1/2 slider? the white tick is VERY audible and really should be clickable
  6. 00:51:085 (1,2,3) - spacing here not really fun to play, and causes unneccessary confusion x.x
  7. 01:10:746 (6,7) - doesn't work, the tick where the circle is on atm doesn't deserve to be clicked since it's rather weak compared to the other red tick and the white tick. consider ctrl+g the rhythm here so it's circle then 1/2 slider
Insane
  1. 00:07:864 (7,8) - ctrl+g rhythm here so it's circle then slider? works better with piano and vocals
  2. 00:10:746 (5) - loud crash in music so this should really be emphasised with spacing more than for 00:10:576 (4) -
  3. 00:12:271 (4) - NC because of SV change?
  4. 00:45:661 - there should reeeeaaallllly be a circle here to follow that melody instrument in the music

I'm sorry but isn't this mod for the chocola difficulty? I tried to correlate with vanilla and your mods seem to fit more to chocola one
