00:38:376 (4) - the 1.5/1 gap at 00:37:421 (1,2) - makes this section pretty hard to guess, removing the triple and or lowering density would help make this more playable
00:40:558 (1) - Would avoid triples since this section is already much denser
01:06:739 (2) - Deleting this note after the triples would make the finishes in the next section much easier to handle, not much sound here either
02:08:619 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3,1,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3,1,2,3) - There's just too many triples in this section, please remove some. Try matching the triple density of 03:00:140 (1) -

Like in general, use of triples really started increasing through the map, but I don't think it's really needed. The bpm alone is enough to make the map more difficult, removing some of the triples to match the density of the first kiai would probably make it acceptable as a muzu.
