Just to mention that right BPM of the song is 96, not 192. You can see it in Kiai time, notes are blinking too fast. But changing it would mess with sliders velocity etc, sooo.... well you can use right BPM and then raise speed with inherited timing section...up to you.

That white colour for the hitcircles kinda hurts the eyes during kiai, as well as making the sliderticks hard to see.

Purely aesthetical, but I recommend looking through your combos again and adding a few new ones here and there so that visually they look consistent. For example, I would put a new combo on 02:05:468 (3), because your last combo was also round slider-note.

Looking at the score alone, this jump is pretty large.

AR is too low for how fast the sliders go. I'd push it to 7.

00:45:468 (1) - Flip this horizontally? I don't like this antijump. But if you raise the AR a bit, it might also be okay.
00:47:811 (1) - Maybe remove the first note in this combo, the lack of musical cues makes this pickup hard to catch.
00:50:468 (1,2,3) - I would change this to a 1-repeat slider, since it's the first 1/4 pattern that pops up, so it just introduces it to the player without hurting them on their first play.
01:02:655 (6) - New combo? This one goes pretty long.
01:40:468 (1) - Make this section a bit louder please.
01:57:655 (6) - This slider, whenever it popped up, seemed to not fit in too well with the music.

00:17:655 (9) - Don't silence this note please, the player needs feedback on whether they hit early/late.
00:49:999 (6) - Hard to time this beat. I recommend having a consistent time for notes stacked under slider tails, since you have 1/2, 1/1, and 3/2 all in this map.
01:36:249 (4,5) - Felt out of place, since the music didn't have any reason for a jump. Actually, this happens a lot throughout this map.
02:40:936 (3) - Repeat is concealed by the spinner end.
02:30:468 (1) - Whenever this pattern showed up (this + the following combos), I don't think it played too well. Just an opinion though.

Please disregard the numerous song references in this mod. Also, I end up repeating myself a lot repeating myself a lot because of copy-paste and overlap that makes me sad. So this isn't actually as nazi as it looks, I promise.

- The correct song title is Party in the U.S.A. Don't forget to change the thread title accordingly.
- The proper offset is 468. This starts when the music starts and puts the downbeat in the right place.
- This is a Tick 4 song, sir. Set Tick 4 on [Normal] and [Hard].

- Your "white" is far too grey. Use 220,220,220.

01:35:468- You might want to add a hitcircle or similar here. This is an awkward silence without. Make (4) of the previous combo a hitcircle to keep difficulty if you like. Don't forget to fix combos!

01:33:280 (1) - Starting a slider on a red tick out of nowhere like this isn't advisable. I'd move its start to the white tick before or after.

There isn't a lot wrong with this map as such, but I'd like to see it with some more modding before we think about bubbles etc.- It could do with some more "polish", as it were. Concentrate on matching the music more closely, and try and base all your mapping decisions off of it.
