Try to make the map more consistent, because the first half is 4.5*(imho it must be more difficult, about 5.5* maybe) and near the end it becomes 6*.
The empty space must be filled with some objects(03:56:246 for example) or make a break there...
04:42:911 (1,2,3,4) and 04:46:911 (1,2,3,4) - change it.
AR 9.2 or 9.3 will be better unless you want to make it playable with DT.
You can add Kiai.

02:30:913 (2) - are both chorus and equal pitch that's why it's significantly easier than
04:17:579 (2) - the third variation is pitched up, hence faster and more difficult
I could try and increase spacing in the first two chorus parts perhaps?

I'll probably look into some other sparse rhythm, have you got a specific suggestion on how?

will add kiai, will consider AR changes depending on how the difficulty ends up later
