hello it is my nm
1|2|3|4
bit of a long hitnormal.wav
Lunatic
00:18:410 (18410|0) - the SVs in this section feel janky and unfun. When I playtested this map I went very quickly from "oh this is cool!" to "oh this is not cool at all" because of these SVs. I don't have a suggestion for what you could change them because tbh I dont think they even need to exist.
01:08:644 (68644|2) - There are so many ghost notes in this section. Fix them all. There are 1/4 rhythms here but it's not constant
01:17:628 (77628|0,77706|1,77785|2,77863|3,77941|0,78019|1,78097|2,78175|3) - Rolls dont feel right for this drum sound, maybe a 1-2-4-3 pattern instead?
01:54:972 (114972|2) - not mapping the synth sounds in the gap after this is a weird choice as you have them all mapped in the previous section
01:08:644 (68644|2,127264|0,127368|2) - another ghost note section
02:45:128 (165128|3) - same comment before about the drums
get rid of the SV at the end as well
solid diff. Feels *very* copy pasted though
hard
00:02:160 (2160|2) - Having these strong chords be doubles would make this section feel a lot more diverse. Since the diff above has constant doubles, I don't think it'll be too much of a difficulty jump to add them. I understand you add them in the next section for the bass keys but it should be present here too. Maybe further the concept for the bass key section
00:42:160 (42160|2,42472|2) - definitely double these for the stronger piano, this part feels weird using continuous single patterns for both the drums and piano
00:48:253 (48253|0,48331|1,48410|0) - This trill feels very out of place in this map. Putting the single before the trill in col 2 might help relieve the awkwardness
01:10:519 (70519|2) - Ghost notes in this diff as well
02:39:035 (159035|3) - blah blah :ghost:
solid diff, also very copy pasted
Normal
00:01:222 (1222|2) - PR this whole section PR this whole map
pretty serious diff spike between this diff and hard https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/9544101
01:49:816 (109816|2) - skipping most of the drums and then including this one is weird
meh
easy
fine
Acceptable: Lunatic starts off fantastic and is good enough for me to want to bubble this set but it falls victim to the same problem that every diff has which is that they feel very copy pasted. I didn't check if they actually were but the second half feels close enough to the start that it's noticeable. Lunatic is by far the strongest diff because it has unique concepts executed well. As the diffs get easier they lose that uniqueness and strong execution and slowly become fairly samey. Call me back when you've looked over this and I'll do another check for hitsounds and the like
