Sorry for slowness, been super busy.

General
Set tick rate 2 on all difficulties. Using tick 1 on the easier diffs is okay since your slider velcocity is so low, but on the harder
There needs to be a break somewhere.
The weird bits near the end where you used 1/3 is better handled as a bpm change, methinks. Add the following timing sections:

135 BPM section with offset 77713
180 BPM section with offset 85713
135 BPM section with offset 108379
120 BPM section with offset 111045

You should be able to use 1.33x inheriting sections between each pair of red lines and a 1.5x section on the last red line, resnap all notes on 1/4 and not have to change anything. There aren't issues with putting green lines on top of red lines anymore, in case you didn't know.

Taiko
Why is the new cool thing to do putting random 1/6 in taiko diffs? It is implied by nothing in the music and is generally silly, please remove it.

Extreme
00:39:046 (1,2,1) - Completely covered by hitbursts. Please don't discriminate against people who aren't cheating
01:09:213 (1) - Slowdown comes out of nowhere and makes no musical sense :/
