Basically when I try to go for pp, my aim and especially my streaming gets worse. Misconception or is there something that can be done mentally to help

That's just mental. Play cool ranked maps you dont care about FCing, and when you feel good go for FCs. That's how I did, but you're at a way higher level so I don't know if it will work.
I feel you bro, have the same problem.
But also, I have a mentality of "fix this fucking garbage exploited like a teen pp system" I don't care about pp which goes into my inability to FC ranked shit.
But hey, at least I can be happy with good unranked maps FC.
