Just look for Taiko specific difficulties that have the name Kantan which is the easy difficulty name, There are plenty of them. Alternatively this thread might help you.

I also have another question...
How did I suddenly have 1k pp? It tooks me about a month to get 1k pp in osu!std, but I only played for like 2 days in osu!taiko.
