Additionally, you can add a softer glow to avoid the pixelated borders. hmm i using SAI to edit this (i sucks at photoshop), fixed the waves u say it

Just a bunch of inconsistent NCs found, but overall the difficulty improved since the last time:

00:04:894 (3) - NC missed.
00:30:730 - 00:43:971 - This section is quite inconsistent. Try to keep NCs every stanza (big white tick) or every 2nd stanza, but not random combinations.
00:50:592 - 01:03:834 - Same as above.
01:40:247 - 01:45:213 - You used in similar sections NCs every 2nd stanza, yet the end with similar intensity has a different NC pattern.

mp3 quality is really poor, compare it to an actual 192 file of the same song (right side), and it's also really noticeable just from listening to both

apparently there is no better quality audio of the short version available anywhere, even the official downloads have similarly low quality.
I tried editing the full version, but I haven't done this in a long time so it might be off, but I guess at least give it a try (cut is right after the kiai):

if this doesn't work you could also find someone else to edit it from the full version

yea I most likely messed something up when editing the mp3 since it's been a long time since I last did that.
but you can probably find someone who could do I properly, current just sounds really bad compared to the original...
(feel free to poke me if you want the full mp3 in higher quality)

I won't comment further on hitsounds since I don't know much about how people usually hitsound ctb, but it's something I'd most likely pop a standard map over since it just doesn't sound fitting.

Ok. Now I delete normal-hitnormal (for use soft-hitnormal default), change all from normal > soft and all volume +20% (look like the hitsound is too low when use with new mp3)

I'll actually formally pop the bubble here for incorrect snapping at the ending of all diffs (01:44:107 - ). This should be 1/3!

I'd also like to discuss the spread between the top 3 diffs, Lumi's diff has a lot of antiflow still whereas the rain is extremely simple and doesn't offer much in antiflow. I'd like to see maybe lumi's diff nerfed and maybe add an extra overdose above it (?) but maybe we can talk about some other options instead. I'd prefer if no one renominated this until we can discuss this a little bit!

Short mod on Overdose diff.

[Overdose]
00:07:444 (3) - x:304? feel a bit strange to be at the same position as 00:06:620 (2).
00:17:779 (2,3) - and for all triple patterns later, the instruments feel more like tuples instead of triple sounds. Though it affect a little for game play, it'll be better to have 3 tuple patterns.
00:24:400 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - If refusing change to tuples, increase ds a bit as the movement is too small
00:23:365 (1) - Feel a bit too far from 00:23:314 (7) - , move it to x:80 and make it vertical a bit
00:33:607 (2) - not feeling like a good pattern as it's followed after an anti-flow, and it's in the calm part of this song. make slider 2 vertical or curving to the right will both work. For compare, music at 00:53:158 (1,2) - is stronger.
00:34:435 (2) - same^
01:02:262 (1,2,3,4) - can have a larger ds, try 1.2x, if it feels too large you can make a small curve

Lumi's Overdose

The timeline in the intro (00:02:032 - 00:05:562 (1,2) - ) is extremely inconsistent and could do with some rework. Example 00:06:620 (3) - is a 1/1 slider while all the other sliders igonre the white tick 00:02:032 (1,2) - and here 00:08:208 (2) - the red tick is mapped while here 00:09:973 - not. There are also a couple instances where the stronger beats are on slider tails (00:03:797 - 00:08:737 - 00:12:267 - )
Also probably recopy the hitsounds? Seems to be missing a lot..
00:48:193 (1,2,3) - the jump from 1 to 2 is inconsistent with other patterns, previously you've had two 1/2 sliders with a 1/2 slider repeated once or with 3 single notes like this 00:46:538 (1,2,3,4,5) -
01:04:124 - missing note for vocal
01:09:607 (5,1) - Should be a hdash, strong downbeat
01:10:124 (2,3) - this supposed to be hyper or what?
01:10:952 (5,1) - same here, should be a hdash, these beats are waaay stronger than 01:10:124 - 01:10:538 - yet they remain as not even a dash

00:07:444 (3) - 00:14:855 (3) - I think this diff could do without these notes, they just sound weird even if it follows the piano
00:23:158 (4,5,6,7) - this is just overmapped... There is no 1/4 here... same for similar patterns like 00:29:779 (4,5,6,7) - and especially 00:49:434 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - where there's an actual 1/4 triplet here 00:49:434 (3,4,5) - that totally vanishes with all the surrounding 1/4s and then you choose to ignore 1/4s on places the song actually supports it, like the triplet here 00:57:814 -
01:04:124 - would be cool if you mapped the vocals since Lumi's overdose did that and it'd be a nice progression from rain where you didn't map the vocals either.
01:20:883 (3) - 01:25:848 (3) - 01:29:158 (3,1,3) - these should all be 1/2 for consistency
01:44:341 - there's piano here too, these all sound off though, so I think pushing the offset forward by +10 to 15 100 is more accurate and these 1/3s sound a lot better

Miracle

00:22:745 (2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5,6) - 00:29:365 (2,3,1,2,3,4) - etc same as with overdose, this should all be 1/2
00:35:158 (2,4) - the antiflow isn't needed in this calm section
00:52:331 (1,2) - 00:52:745 (3,4) - these hdashes aren't needed, no beat to emphasise + inconsistent with 00:32:469 (1,2,3,4) -
00:57:917 (4,5) - strong beat is between 00:57:865 (3,4) - so remove hdash between 4,5 and add one between 3,4 instead
01:04:124 - same as in overdose, to show progression, you should map the 1/1 vocals. Lumi did this in his overdose so it's good for spread.

I think you should push the offset forward by ~10ms because the offsets sounds a bit early on the ending 1/3s but maybe get a second opinion on that, call me back
