General Suggestions
- Audio
- I'd suggest you get a 192kbps MP3 version of this song since the MP3 you use currently in the Song Folder is 160kbps and the higher bitrate would make the audio experience better. changed
Unused Hitsounds- You have unused custom Hitsounds in your Song Folder, delete the following: taiko-normal-hitclap.wav, taiko-normal-hitfinish.wav, taiko-normal-hitnormal.wav, taiko-normal-hitwhistle.wav. These custom Hitsounds aren't used since you only used the soft sampleset of the custom Hitsounds you applied for the Inherited Timing Points.
Inconsistent Values- All of your tags from other difficulties conflict with Muzukashii's tags, make sure to have the same tags for all of the difficulties to keep consistency.
- Your Muzukashii difficulty has a different Source compared to the rest of the mapset, make sure the source is "東方紅魔郷 ~ the Embodiment of Scarlet Devil." for all of the difficulties.
- Make sure to turn off Widescreen support for all difficulties except Oni, since that difficulty has it unchecked already. Your map doesn't have a storyboard currently so you don't need this option on. You can find it by going to Song Setup > Design > Misc. Toggles > Widescreen Support and toggling that option off for all difficulties except Oni since Oni has it unchecked already.
- All difficulties except Kantan and Muzukashii don't actually have the correct 1.40x base SV. You can fix this by going into File > Open osu. in Notepad > Difficulty > Slider Multiplier and changing that decimal number to 1.40x for the base SV. Do this for all difficulties except Kantan and Muzukashii since both of them are correct already.
Difficulty Settings- Not sure why you have the same difficulty settings for all of the mapset so here's some suggestions: Kantan - OD3 and HP7, Futsuu - OD4 and HP6, Muzukashii - OD5 and HP5, Oni - OD5.5 and HP5, Inner Oni - OD6 and HP6. You can adjust these settings under Song Setup > Difficulty, hold shift for the decimal settings.
Hitsound Volume- While 100% is applicable as the Hitsound volume for all of your Inherited/Timing Points, I still feel that you can tone it down 95% or 90% even and it still have the same effect since 100% is a bit loud considering it's used throughout the entire song; especially with the custom Hitsounds. Make sure to apply these changes for all of the mapset if you choose to change this.
It's good for 100% custom hitsounds because this sounds are too small [Kantan]
- 00:19:927 (22) - Change to D finisher, you used a Don finisher for the same sound earlier at 00:19:242 (20), would keep consistency.
- 00:45:984 (6) - Change to k, The vocalist sounds different here and you can emphasize that since these two notes earlier at 00:45:299 (4,5) are similar.
- 00:51:470 (14) - ^, same reasoning as above.
- 00:55:585 (19) - ^, same as the reason stated above.
- 00:56:956 (22) - ^, same like the reasons shown above.
- 00:57:984 (24) - Change to k, it would contrast the two notes at 00:57:642 (23,25) and emphasize the vocals a bit better than regular 1/2 (d,d,d).
- 01:05:989 - Inherited Timing Point here is unsnapped, make sure to snap this to 01:05:956, if you're using the 1/4 Beat Snap.
- Change to d finisher, the vocalist is loud here and so is the bass here as well.
- 01:13:413 (10) - Change to k, it would represent the louder vocals here and the snare drums here as well.
- 01:16:842 (1) - Change to K finisher, not sure why you missed this but, you can emphasize the start of the Kiai section and the loud crash sound here.
- 01:23:527 (11) - Move this note back to 01:23:356, sound much better here since we're going off of the vocals here and the rhythm kinda abruptly stops here. Nah, it sounds much better in red tick

- 01:07:584 (5) - Change to k, sounds better than a regular Don and plus, plays well as it's the opposite of this pattern earlier at 01:05:870 (1,2,3).
- 01:16:842 (21) - Change to K finisher, start of the Kiai section and you can show that with a finisher and there's also a loud crash sound here that can be represented.
[Muzukashii]
- 00:07:756 (25,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,36,37) - This little section right here uses Kats way too much and it's a bit boring to play, just adding Dons into this section would make it more fun in variation and as well as sound rhythmically better.
- 00:37:584 (138) - Change to d, this would contrast and emphasize the Kats at 00:37:756 (139,140,141) much more and also prevent the overusage of Kats here.
- 00:40:670 (154) - ^, same as the reasoning above, just in a different place for the pattern but it still offers variation and sounds better as well.
- 01:00:384 (229,230,231,232,233,234,235,236,237,238,239,240,241,242,243,244,245,246,247,248,249,250,251,252) - This section here is just constant 1/2 notes, why not break them up in smaller parts since it's a bit hard to play these patterns at Muzukashii level?
- 01:15:470 (41) - This slider end here is unsnapped, make sure to snap the slider end to 01:16:242 if you're using 1/4 Beat Snap.
- 01:16:842 (42) - Change to K finisher, emphasizes the start of Kiai section and the synthetic sounds here.
- 01:46:499 (182,183,184,185,186,187,188) - Any justification for using all Kats here? I feel like you could of change some of these into Dons and it would sound better and be more fun to play.

I am looking at the rest of the difficulties and I have noticed that, unfortunately, a lot of the diffs have very similar problems to the Kantan difficulty. I would suggest applying a lot of the same mistakes to your other difficulties.
One of the main problems that I see a problem in is a bunch of D's and K's in weird spots.
Another main problem is general inconsistency in patterns.

Most speedups seem inconsistent and sloppy, many issues I found were also in the previous diff I modded.I really hope you don't start hating me for this, since this is just an opinion of how I see how to make your maps better. I say so because I addressed many points here, some of which you maybe chose for a good reason, yet I found it difficult to follow some of your patterns throughout their (in)consistency. Be sure to find more people looking at this mapset, since this would improve it overall and make it better.
- 00:01:242 (7,14) - Melody is the same here, so I'd suggest you unify these notes.
- 00:13:756 (79) - No finisher needed here yet.
- Place green line at 00:17:013 - to 00:16:499 - since that is the point where your next bar begins; mid-bar SV changes are very inconvenient.
- 00:19:070 (114) - Change to d again so the note after it gets more impact.
- 00:19:242 - 00:21:984 - This speedup section needs a complete rework, you have to make it smoother and more consistent overall. Also make sure it doesn't change too abruptly from 2.0x to 1.1x, try 1.5x to 1.1x instead.
- 00:21:299 (127) - Change to d to match voice pitch.
- 00:21:642 (129) - Same reason I gave you in Muzukashii.
- 00:21:984 - 00:26:099 - I recommend to rework this part to make it consistent in itself, there are three quarters that sound exactly the same where it seems you put notes almost indiscriminately.
- 00:27:470 - 00:31:584 - If compared to the last section you can see more clearly what was mapped to. I would still remove the 1/6 since they don't fit in the song at all and adjust the previous section to this one.

Ok so if I keep going this mod is going to be 3 forum pages long, so I'll just say this: Just listen closely. Your biggest mistakes so far are mapping things that aren't there and mapping pitches that conflict with what you put for the the same pitches later on. Be mindful of what notes you're putting down and remember that you map is played as an entire thing, not just small parts than can be maneuvered and conflict with each other however they would like.
Stay away from repeated notes like you have at the beginning, since usually the map doesn't demand those to be there and you can be flexible on what pitches are put. You want to create a rhythm in your map, so in everything you put down, there has to be a pattern of some sort. Preferably mimicking the pattern of the music, but sometimes you can get away with improvisation.
If you combine follow those rules - listening closer and creating a rhythm - you should be able to make a map that I can write less than what I just wrote here on. When you're putting these things into action, it's kinda like following a strict rhythm, but manipulating it to fit the music's attributes and such with filler notes, emphasis spaces, and other types of modifications that are used to make good maps. Ok
- Kantan -Apply the paragraphs above to this, but a lot simpler.
I would recommend the "baka baka" to be mapped alternating k_k and d_d, so that the first baka baka is k_k, the second is d_d and the third is k_k, and so on. Well, maybe I'll follow my idea is better.

Well, what I can say for this diff, I simply didn't understand what you've followed and did my suggestions based on the sounds of the music. Overmapping is maybe good, but not following sounds on any place is not. If your other difficulties are like this, you need to change the prominent ones as well to keep the difficulty spread better. I don't have any further suggestions for this map, and I'm guessing you have same issues on your other diffs so I'm gonna skip modding them. The SV changes maybe applies Oni and Muzukashii, i don't know but if it does, change them on these too. I will understand if you don't want to give me kudosu, because I modded only one diff. But, as I said, I think your other diffs have same issues so you can manage them by referencing Inner Oni after you fix it. Good luck on the ranking way, I hope my mod helped.
