Basics:
Since this is an ~4.9* map, I'd consider leaving the AR at 9 and not going lower than that. For OD: I'd consider staying around 7.5 to 8. The CS is fine and the HP is fine as well, but for HP, I tend to stick around whole numbers and not decimals.
Structure:
In the intro, there's a lot of extended sliders that don't fit with the song's lyrics. As a rule of thumb, keep your sliders relatively short unless emphasized by vocals. An example is in the intro:

00:09:679 (1,1) - Instead of reverse sliders, make them three short sliders similar to the pattern above, or repeat the pattern above.

Now that I gave you some examples, you should now know that sliders ending on a white tick is baaaad. White ticks (if timed properly, which this map is), are reserved for strong sounds. Sliders should never end on white ticks, unless the song emphasizes the sound.
00:16:022 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - this flows weird, the player follows the burst of notes in a hump-motion, and then does another hump motion for the slider. Consider making the slider follow the burst's direction as if it were an extension of the notes. Perhaps like this:

00:30:250 (1,2) - shorten the slider end to the red tick
00:31:279 (6,7) - ^ don't start a slider on a blue tick, make it start on the white and end on the red for both of these.
00:34:365 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) - don't end on white ticks (i'll stop pointing these out now, find them and fix them :>
00:46:707 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,1) - break the combo up on white ticks, end the stream on the white tick, not the blue.
00:49:450 (1,2,3) - revise these
00:51:507 (1,1,1) - don't break these into single combos
00:53:222 (1,1) - ^
00:55:965 (6,1,2,3) - remove the reverse part of the slider and move the single sliders back so that they don't end on white ticks.
00:57:679 (1,2) - not sure if I said it already, but don't end sliders on blue ticks in this song, either. :> End them on red.
01:07:279 (1,1) - don't make sliders reverse more than once, that's old style mapping
01:12:250 (5,1) - there's a sound in between these, map it
01:23:050 (4,5,6) - the opposite of what i said. There's less noise here. A single slider should work.
01:23:736 (1,2,3,4) - odd flow, space them
01:33:165 (7) - make this circles instead of a slider
01:34:279 (1) - too fast of a spinner
01:47:050 (1,2,3,4) - slow this down to 25% speed and listen to where you need to place the circles
01:55:665 (10,11) - kick sliders are odd!!! D:
01:56:822 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5) - the combos are odd, but the beat is nice! Make the sliders end on reds and not blues, and this part is good.
02:18:250 (4,5,1) - space these
the rest is rinse and repeat!
