Can someone recommend a good screen recorder? every one i use with osu makes the video come out super laggy even though it wasn't lagging before hand.

OBS is a good free option
You can also try whatever recording software your Drivers support. (Nvidia Shadowplay) (AMD Relive) If OBS doesn't work.
