The offset is on +00:00:918 
I actually think you need to set one more BPM point because the Rhythm changes to one of the blue ticks.
Found it the second BPM point needs to be on +00:31:999

Anyone got more suggestion for the BPM and Offset ? ( im bad at timing lol ) :3

00:32:145 - (like DwH said the offset was wrong so I redid it or something) put 74 bpm there.

Nevermind.... probably not cause i only planning to make this only for 2 difficulty. But u can mod it if u want
Come on, you can do it. I think I will looking your Normal diff when you decide to complete in long as you would need too. I will ready to give suggestions and not modding yet.
