My doctor's out because of Holy Week, so in the meanwhile I thought I'd ask here for info.
When I rotate my left (tapping) wrist, it makes a considerably loud sound similar to clicking or snapping (I physically feel the 'snap' too), which doesn't happen to my other wrist. My doc told me I might be developing an RSI, so I heavily toned down my sessions of intense play, often 4 hours a day at least. However, after continued playing in even just short amounts of time, I started to hear a loud snapping noise when I rotate my wrist. (I'm having bad tics/"itches" when depressed so I tend to move and rotate my body parts uncontrollably.)
Is it bad? Is it nothing? What do? Play more?
P.S. It's loud enough to hear it across a small room.
