00:09:176 (1,2) - I'm not sure about this, the cursor movement doesn't feel intuitive and kinda weird here

00:15:252 (1) - This spinner feels a bit forced, considering the sound that would hint a spinner isn't nearly as strong as the piano here

00:18:290 - The kiai is not necessary here, it's better to keep kiais for the chorus to avoid possibly confusing players

00:18:860 (3,4,5) - The song does not support these triples in this section, so you should try playing around with 1/2 jumps. Also try taking the background melody thingy into account.

00:23:797 (6) - There isn't really anything to justify this reverse arrow. so I would stick to another rhythm choice. You should try to map the white ticks with clickable objects as much as possible, so the rhythm is emphasized properly. This should work 95% of the time, because the strong drum beats usually fall onto white ticks.

00:24:366 (1,2,3,4) - It would be nice seeing these sliders being arranged more nicely. Blankets could improve visuals and flow here

00:26:455 (1) - The NC should be on 00:25:885 (5) - , because this is where the music changes

00:28:923 (3) - Move NC to here

00:28:923 (3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - After listening to this part on 25%, I found this to be the most accurate way to map this part. As before, your rhythms aren't really supported by the song, so I highly recommend you to look for alternatives.


00:31:771 (1) - Try to avoid having sliders end on big white ticks under any circumstances. Most of the time you won't be able to emphasize the rhythm well enough like this. I'd also remove the NCs on sliders like this one, as they don't serve any purpose. It's better to emphasize the vocals with a less random usage of active and passive objects (clickable and unclickable ones)

00:41:360 - Missed beat (place circle)

00:53:512 - ^

00:56:075 - Avoid having gaps like these, because they feel unnatural while playing, because these is no break like this in the song like in other parts. Filling these gaps with 1/2 circles works really well here

01:06:328 (1) - Having a slider with a reverse arrow here feels awkward, because all of the syllables are equally as strong, but the player can only click the first one like this. Therefore you should replace this slider with some jumps

01:13:923 - It's better to focus on the drums and other components, if you can't map the vocals without having sliders end on white ticks.

01:28:164 (1,2,3,4,5) - Again, this part should be mapped differently, because the jumps don't land on any beats in the song.

01:31:202 (8) - NC

01:31:297 (1) - Make it end on 01:34:240

General Things: Many parts don't feel like they belong there, because you didn't listen to the song close enough. There's an option to listen to the song at slower speed at the lower right corner of the editor, so make good use of it, if the rhythm isn't clear enough for you.

The flow also doesn't feel nice, because it gets broken too often, so try having your patterns flow into one direction and don't change it too suddenly. A good way to test flow is to aim the patterns with your mouse with overexaggerated movements while letting it play in the editor.

Another thing to improve is your choice of rhythms, you can look at the Hard diff for reference.

01:29:683 (1,2,3) - Move further to the left for easier reading. Overlapping it with 01:28:733 (2) - is not a good idea

01:31:202 (1) - Make the spinner end on 01:34:240 - again

The patterns could be cleaner here

My only real complaint here is some overlaps like these 00:59:303 (3,1) - 01:24:366 (5,1) - (aaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAA)

01:03:860 (1) - This shape could also be a bit cleaner, The slider shouldn't end this close to the tail.

The GDs are fine, but your diffs need some more work. I highly recommend you to watch some of pishifat's osu!mapping videos related to rhythm and flow for a further explanation of what to improve. If you're still not sure what to do, I'd be glad to help you myself!

General Things: Many parts don't feel like they belong there, because you didn't listen to the song close enough. There's an option to listen to the song at slower speed at the lower right corner of the editor, so make good use of it, if the rhythm isn't clear enough for you.

The flow also doesn't feel nice, because it gets broken too often, so try having your patterns flow into one direction and don't change it too suddenly. A good way to test flow is to aim the patterns with your mouse with overexaggerated movements while letting it play in the editor. Flow seems fine lo

In general, a lot of empty space makes the song flow a bit awkwardly imo, such as at 00:43:923 (5,6) - for example, 5 could maybe be a 1/2 slider to improve the flow? I notice you've mainly mapped to the vocals, but as stated it does make the flow rather disjointed.

In general, a lot of empty space makes the song flow a bit awkwardly imo, such as at 00:43:923 (5,6) - for example, 5 could maybe be a 1/2 slider to improve the flow? But I'll check on this issue with other modders when they have complaints
There's a few inconsistent NC issues in this too, so make sure to have a look over these (You usually NC on downbeats, but there's a few you miss here and there) Fixed some NCs

01:31:202 (1) - this not being a jump like the notes before feels rather strange imo, maybe consider otherwise? I stacked it there because the end sound isn't as strong as those before.

Kato's Easy
  1. 00:57:784 (1,3) - Reduce the overlap between these sliders. (1) is blocking the slider end of (3). I'd suggest using a straight slider for (1) instead.
  2. 00:59:303 (3,1) - Minor nazi blanket
  3. 01:00:822 (1,3) - Make these two mirror to each other.
  4. 01:13:733 (2,4) - Looks confusing since the sliders overlap and can cause reading issues.
Normal
  1. First of all, the overall map needs a bit more work. Flow-wise it doesn't play well, rhythm-wise it is inconsistent in some sections and aesthetics-wise doesn't look good. I can point a few of them in this mod.
  2. 00:48:670 (1,2) - This can greatly confuse anyone since the notes behind it 00:47:911 (6,7) - have a 1/2 gap while the following has a 1/1 gap while it looks the same how its stacked.
  3. 00:38:987 (5) - This is just me, but I'm not really a fan of slider whistle. It just doesn't suit with the song. Also this is the only one that uses it.
  4. I might be wrong but based on the map, you prioritize vocals based on your rhythm placement. 00:49:050 (2,3) - The first 1/2 follows it but the following doesn't. Try this instead http://puu.sh/vsaVw/73c57317a3.jpg
  5. 00:48:670 (1,2,3) - Looks very messy
  6. 01:20:379 (5,8) - (5)'s body is blocking (8)'s head

  1. First of all, the overall map needs a bit more work. Flow-wise it doesn't play well, rhythm-wise it is inconsistent in some sections and aesthetics-wise doesn't look good. I can point a few of them in this mod.
  2. 00:48:670 (1,2) - This can greatly confuse anyone since the notes behind it 00:47:911 (6,7) - have a 1/2 gap while the following has a 1/1 gap while it looks the same how its stacked. Fixed
  3. 00:38:987 (5) - This is just me, but I'm not really a fan of slider whistle. It just doesn't suit with the song. Also this is the only one that uses it.
    Oops, didn't mean to put whistle there

General:
There are a few big note inconsistencies in the intro of each taiko difficulty. For example, 00:07:657 (4) - is a D on the Futsuu diff but a d on the Oni diff. You should make these consistent throughout all difficulties in order to avoid problems in the future.

Also, I do not think that this 00:09:176 (6) - or these 00:12:214 (11,16) - should be a big note in any case, since it does not have an important noise like the first note does.

Futsuu:
It's fine, but... it's so repetitive, even for a Futsuu. I suggest deleting a few notes to make more interesting rhythms and maybe finding more spots to map to vocals.

Muzukashii:
01:12:784 (28) - Imo make this a k if it is before a D on a Muzukashii difficulty
01:17:531 (50) - Missing a very important beat here...

Oni:
00:16:392 (18,19) - You could map to the piano right here and delete 00:16:392 (18) -
00:29:873 (87,88) - Change this pattern to d K to make a more interesting pattern to play
00:49:050 (155,156,157,158) - Change this pattern to kkddk to follow the vocals more closely
01:08:417 (244) - You are missing a pretty important beat right here, maybe change a few patterns to have a note be placed there
01:17:531 (300) - ^
01:11:455 (264) - ^
01:26:645 (361) - ^
All of these recent suggestions could be solved by having the break by on a red tick instead of the breaking being on a white tick

Overall, I feel that these difficulties could use a whole lot more variation in terms of rhythm. At some parts, it felt that you could copy and paste the difficulty into another song at the same BPM, and it would still fit the music.

I do not think that this goes against ranking criteria... but I also do not think that a BN would rank this at its current state.

However, with some minor changes, it can become much better.

As long the spread of the taiko diffs are ok, it has no problem on getting ranked.

Muzu: only changed 1st one ,2nd rejected because it is not consistent with how I leave this main tick empty before and after.

Oni: same as muzu, others rejected because consistency.
