Hello guys and girls,
My name is Jake and I'll try to keep this as short as possible. Later this year I aim to attempt (and complete) a GWR (Guinness World Record) using Osu! as the structure. It requires that I play for 144 consecutive hours, accumulating 10 minutes of rest for each hour of playtime. I have already filled out the basic paperwork and will find out the finalizing details within the next 12 weeks. However, there are some things that I need assistance with wich I hope some of you could help with.
In order to oversee the event, I would need two staff members (any role) to oversee both the start and at the very least, the end of the event. Four timers will need keeping track of. Two for the total time and the other two for rest time. More details can be discussed in detail via email.
We will also need extra people available who could switch in on 4-hour shifts, or less depending on how many people volunteer to oversee the event. Two people must be present at all times.
The people that volunteer will be there to ensure that the GWR is being carried out correctly, as well as logs for the entire event which need to document everything relating to the GWR during the 144 hours.
We will also need commentators as we plan on live streaming the entire thing on TwitchTV. This also gives the game some extra attention wich also doesn't hurt.
The event/venue will be hosted in the United Kingdom. The specific location (town/city) for the event will be up for discussion for those who volunteer to help out. This will factor in aspects such as hotels, shopping facilities, and recreational zones. Funding through donations and sponsors will be something that we would also need to discuss between us. I hope that I could also organize some in-game goodies for those included.

If you would like to find out more details feel free to leave a message on this post. If you are staff feel free to ask for my email as this ensures that I will see your messages throughout the day. Over the next few weeks, I hope we can build a basis for this event in which we can all thoroughly enjoy. I will keep this thread updated as often as I can.
