Problem Details:
Перестал подниматься ранк, хотя играю каждый день много часов и уже давно не на том уровне, на котором был.

It shows nothing in your recently played, so make sure you are logged on to the osu!client and make sure that you are connected to Bancho

I`m always connected in Bancho, and playing multiplayer. But my rank not considered, not in maps, not in profile. I do not know what to do.

Make sure nothing is being blocked in your firewall? Try restarting your network adapter, router, modem?

Also you got a lot of possible programs running, close them just to be sure nothing is "interfering"
