Hey! Gonna be checking out your top diff and giving some advice on that.
  1. This actually isn't half bad! You present some unique ideas and for the most part fairly consistently. The issues that I mainly have with this map currently are how consistently you present these ideas and some things that you should consider in the overall "difficulty" spread in your difficulty, as well as touch on some things to consider for while you map later.
  2. Gonna nitpick aesthetics just a tad, with blankets like at 00:10:784 (3,4) - , it improves your map quality overall aesthetically if you space them similarly later in the map too. For example, take a look at these other blankets in your map, like at 00:16:366 (3,4,5) - . Perhaps making minor improvements like https://puu.sh/v9E8u/3906e24aaf.jpg throughout could help improve this a bit.
  3. 00:45:745 (1) - Another area where aesthetics could be improved. Overlapping objects inconsistently like 00:45:920 (2,1) - vs 00:46:443 (2,2) - vs 00:46:966 (1,4) - present a little lack in structure in your map.
    00:51:327 (1) - Shouldn't the NC's be switched in this section? Put them in the strong points, like at 00:51:676 (3) - or 00:52:025 (2) - .
  4. 00:56:909 (1) - So here's one inconsistency that you might want to consider improving. Compare the spacing here to 00:51:327 (1) - . Theoretically, you should be using similar patterns, with similar spacing, if not more since the pitch has increased. The ideas you present are nice, but they should be familiar given the song is similar to earlier here. You present consistency really nicely with the vocal bits with patterns like 00:59:699 (1) - .
  5. Second, take note of the streams like at 00:53:420 (4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4) - or 00:50:629 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - . These should be fairly similar, as the intensity doesn't change too drastically in the song. Overall, what I'm getting at here is that you should present similar rhythms and similar sounds in a similar fashion. This gives the player that recognition to these sorts of patterns and allows them to interpret them better ^^ I'd consider this thinking with the rest of your streams - is the spacing consistent? Does the intensity really match the song? (with exception to ones like 01:01:792 (1) - which fit IMO.)
  6. 01:02:489 (3), 01:05:280 (6) - - Again, if you use NC for emphasis on the strong points, make sure they're on the strong points! (white ticks)
  7. 01:04:844 (1,2,3,4,5) - This isn't bad even though it plays awkwardly, though the issue is that this is the really only point in this section where you map a stream like this. There's nothing inherently wrong with presenting a 1/4 rhythm in this manner, but you should make an effort to do so consistently, or only for certain points in emphasis. This point in the song is fairly similar to others earlier, so I suggest doing similar as to before here too ^-^
  8. 01:31:832 (1) - This is a good example of proper repetition in the song, I see you use these later for the same rhythm and they feel and play as if they are almost core to the song - nice!
  9. 01:30:088 (1,2,3,4,1) - Same spiel as before, be careful with suddenly introducing gimmicks like this.
  10. Your stream section is lovely! Some aesthetic things could be improved but conceptually it is very nice. Only one thing I take issue with: 02:02:181 (1) - . This stream is suddenly ending all the buildup you have created in spacing with the growing spacing leading into this. Given that the intensity is similar to 02:01:658 (1) - musically, give it that same distance spacing.
  11. 02:08:844 (1,2,3,4) - Perhaps map this as a 1/8 repeat kickslider since it's an intense piano glissando
  12. 02:11:199 (4,1) - Does this jumpstream really feel necessary? :L it's a bit out of the blue, and it doesn't entirely fit with what you've done in the map so far.
  13. Last thing I want to touch on - remember usage of flow can be a strong tool for emphasis. When I see your slider flow here at 00:00:771 (1,2,3) - , it feels equally intense flow wise as 00:05:901 (3,4,5) - . (though with varying spacing, obviously..) For the calm parts, perhaps consider using more linear flow. Make things flow into each other or use soft circular flow. Things like that can not only make the calm parts feel more relaxing, but make the intense parts just seem that much more intense! :D

All I really have to say on a broad scale, you did a fairly good job with this. Just work on applying your concepts more consistently, and make sure they make sense across your entire difficulty - do you want certain points to be the most intense parts of the song where they are, and do similar parts feel similar in difficulty? :)

Overall I've got an idea you meant
- I will reconsider all the blankets that you mentioned
- NC's aren't that great so as those jump patterns, probably I will reorganize that section
- Will defenitely fit streams into the map's concept
- About the flow emphasis, I've got it, will try to emhasise different parts more wisely and make similiar parts of song emphasised familiar to each other

Also I was told that that square and edgy style of streams doesn't really fit the smooth sliders. What do you think, should I change the overall stream concept?

Hey! Mod req from PM wooooooooo! :) You asked me to help mod your flow, but there's no such thing as a map with bad flow in osu. I think the only reason some maps have bad flow cause the spacing concept for it is aesthetically/structurally legal but not that friendly to play like in yf's Expert from this mapset https://osu.ppy.sh/s/466550, or any high star rating hollow wings' map since their ideal structuring for maps is very unique and legally correct as well but not exactly friendly.

I'll still try and make 1 comment on the flow of each diff tho ;)

BTW: I personally think the star rating gap (as well as the skill level gap) between your Insane and Hard is too high (even if it is linear from Normal --> Hard (+1.3*) to Hard-->Insane (1.3*)) I highly suggest you fit in a low 4.1-4.3* insane here to balance the spread.

I can fill it in for you if you want me :kappa: But seriously though, if you ever consider adding diffs to balance the spread, I am definitely down to map any star diff

01:38:809 (1) - please make this constant distance spacing (you are sticking to 0.99x but this is at 1.11x relative to the previous object)

  1. Combo colours missing in some diffs zz

[nyu's Easy]

  1. 00:14:970 (1,2) - Can be combined to a single slider to make 00:16:366 (3,4,5) more stand out.
  2. 00:17:761 (1,2) - 00:20:584 (1,2) - Better use the same rhythm for consistency since the rhythms on these places aren't really different.
  3. 00:27:606 (3) - Should be 2 circles cuz 00:27:955 is stronger than 00:26:559 - 00:27:257 so you should use a different rhythm here to reflect that.
  4. The gimmicks play alright but to me you didn't think it through enough:
    1. 00:23:412 (1,1) - You did a very stand out gimmick 00:23:412 (1,1) while the rhythm isn't intense/prominent enough to call for it.
    2. 01:26:949 (4,1) - Regardless whether this is intentional or not, it's still should be consistent with 01:21:367 (4,4) considering the rhythm is the same.
    3. 00:31:792 (1,1) - Should be the same rhythm as well.
You should give your gimmicks a bit deeper thoughts, and your aesthetics would be 100x times better with higher DS so some of your overlaps like 00:11:482 (4,1) - 00:59:699 (1,2) don't look cramped and unintentional lol

  1. 00:06:162 (4) - I don't see the need to be risky with this lol, you didn't map this in Hard anyways.

(Overlaps should be intentional otherwise things will be pretty much random everywhere in the map so yeah)
    2. 00:20:584 (1,2,1) - Try to pay more attention to visual spacing, following DS is fine but in this case it's not good enough, something like this would be a lot better cuz I gave more visual spacing between 00:20:584 (1,1) so it looks cleaner, you can try to apply that with lots of things like 00:47:838 (2,1,2) - 00:52:722 (3,4,5) - 01:29:739 (3,1,2) - etc as well.
Although Easy and Normal aren't made by the same mapper, this diff could have been more gimmicky with things considering the potential used in Easy

[Hard]

  1. 00:10:784 (8) - 00:13:575 (6) - 00:16:366 (8) - NC I guess.
  2. 00:42:955 (1,2,3,4) - Appreciate the idea but should be something different from 00:40:164 (1,2,3,4) - 00:41:560 (1,2,3,4) cuz there's no spooky vocals anymore so you should do something else to differentiate that, something like this could work, spamming circles like 00:44:350 (3,4,5,6,7) also somewhat works.
  3. 00:42:955 (1,2,3,4) - 00:44:350 (5,6,7,8,9) - Actually both of these should have the same rhythm considering you did that with 00:40:164 (1,2,3,4) - 00:41:560 (1,2,3,4) - already.
  4. 00:47:838 (3) - 00:48:187 (4) - These two are clearly different rhythm-wise, shouldn't be mapped in the same way, making 00:47:838 (3) a triplet starting at 00:47:838 would already work fine. Same also applies to 00:53:420 (3,4) .
  5. 01:05:280 (1,2,3,4,1,2) - This is clearly more intense than your slider pattern things in previous measure so you should do something different on this to indicate the change in intensity, changing sliders to circles or increasing the spacings between these sliders could work.

The biggest problem I have is that these sections 00:06:598 - 00:29:001 are mapped in almost the same way which you should be more creative with potential the song provides, try to think of it as a whole section and do something more different between them, could be aesthetics, spacings, rhythms, or whatever. Same also applies to how these sections 01:19:274 - 02:09:542 as well.

  1. 00:14:621 (9,10,1) - Shouldn't this be the same as that back and forth thing like 00:09:040 (1,2,1) ? Because you're consistently doing these 00:07:645 (5,6,1) - 00:13:226 (5,6,1) then I don't see any reason to be inconsistent with this one.
  2. 00:09:040 (1) - 00:14:621 (9) - Also be more consistent with your NCs pls

Hey! Mod req from PM wooooooooo! :) You asked me to help mod your flow, but there's no such thing as a map with bad flow in osu. I think the only reason some maps have bad flow cause the spacing concept for it is aesthetically/structurally legal but not that friendly to play like in yf's Expert from this mapset https://osu.ppy.sh/s/466550, or any high star rating hollow wings' map since their ideal structuring for maps is very unique and legally correct as well but not exactly friendly.

I'll still try and make 1 comment on the flow of each diff tho ;)

BTW: I personally think the star rating gap (as well as the skill level gap) between your Insane and Hard is too high (even if it is linear from Normal --> Hard (+1.3*) to Hard-->Insane (1.3*)) I highly suggest you fit in a low 4.1-4.3* insane here to balance the spread.

I can fill it in for you if you want me :kappa: But seriously though, if you ever consider adding diffs to balance the spread, I am definitely down to map any star diff

I will probably look at all of your diffs so please do expect me to continue adding on since I'm too weak to mod all your diffs in 1 sitting

  3. 00:37:025 (8) - this would look nicer if you had it mirrored along the x-axis with 00:36:850 (7,9)
  4. 01:04:583 (1,2) - so that this flows less awkwardly, copy/paste (3,4), then Ctrl+j and Ctrl+h
  5. 01:04:844 (3,4) - You know what would be nice? If you could indicate that this is mapped to both strong beats, while 01:05:018 (5,6) and 01:05:193 (7,8) have a weaker sound in the first note, then a stronger sound on the second note.
  6. 01:05:629 (1,2) - Just so the jumps don't clutter as much with 01:04:844 (3,4,5,6,7,8), you should have the circles in the first jump spaced equally with 01:05:280 (8,9), so that 01:05:280 (8,1) has equal spacing with 01:05:978 (3,5), and vice versa with 01:05:455 (9,2).

This map is ok rhythm wise but needs work on aesthetics as you have a tone of overlaps and stacks where it just doesn't look good like 00:32:490 (3,1) - 00:33:536 (2,6) - 00:35:978 (1,7) - 00:38:071 (3,5) - (this one is really bad, sliderart should fit perfectly into other sliderart)
Some triples are also very questionable in this map
