General:
If you're gonna use custom hitsound (the drum sound), use it on the 2nd and 4th white tick. It usually works well.
Keep kiai consistent. Normal and hard Kiai is little different (the last one)
Keep tick rate consistent. Change hard to tick rate 2.
Set preview point for all diff. Maybe at 01:11:488. Go to timinig > Set current position as preview point.
Normal:
01:20:215 (1) - I suggest you remove slider and add triple there instead. So players can "click" the note and kiai time happens. :3
02:34:397 (1) - I have no idea why you used normal hitsound all of a sudden. Just change it back to soft?

The offset is seriously wrong, i think about +18 (52) is much more accurated.
You probably need 1s lead-in time.
The countdown is still enabled in [Normal], disable it plz. Also the preview time in [Normal] is different from the other 2 diffs.
The use of hitsounds is nice but... When you want to add whistle hitsounds on slider's beats, don't want to save time, just choose the slider and press W... this will change the sound of sliderslider, choose the beats and then add whistle plz. It's really noisy now... a easy solution to it is add a mute soft-sliderwhistle.wav file in your folder and full submit again.
Seems you're a fan of sliderarts, that's not a bad thing but make sure you could do your best with them, otherwise it will ends up with ugly effects.

  2. I don't think the lead-in time is necessary for Normal and Hard.
  3. i_k's Insane has a different Offset than Hard and Normal. I recommend using Hard's and Normal's Offset. Don't forget to resnap all the notes and the timing points (Green Lines).
