Does your monitor interfere with your software? Does it happen on 60Hz or 75Hz monitors? It sounds impossible to be strictly related to the monitor. Perhaps drivers or something of the sort, but not simply the monitor.

My screen tops at 75 so I can't test. Anyone else with a 120Hz screen who can verify this?

Doesn't osu run at 120 FPS default? This could be causing the issue possibly.

120hz = 60fps.
2hz = 1fps.

Alt+Tab seems to have a 5 second delay when using a 120hz refresh rate. It cannot be my hardware as I have a 580, 16G of ram and an i7 2600k cpu. Also when I set my refresh rate to 60hz alt+tab becomes instantaneous as normal. Does anyone else get this?
Weird, can I ask for the model number of your monitor?

2 interlaced frame = 1 progressive frame.
But actually nvm apparently those 120hz screens are progressive so it's real 120fps i guess.

Only really old CRT's are interlaced.
At this point, it's only a video file itself that's interlaced, and that's a different kind.
