The only time I've seen it was with a Chinese dub and Chinese subtitles so I couldn't understand any of it.

Although they both are trying too hard with the jokes imo.
Edit: That's my opinion toward the anime. I personally find the manga much more enjoyable with those imaginative mini-adventure arcs and the better execution of jokes and cliches. Too bad the author Usui Yoshito fell off and died 2 years ago during a mountain climb...

Man..i wished the show would come back on adult swim... its hard to find it anyway else D:
Shin-Chan is a pervert bastard and troublemaker who enjoy hitting up with girls in various movies, and always girls bigger than his age or size, and the drawer sucks, he should have learn how to draw anime and manga.
