01:20:877 (1,2,1) - flow could also be thought out better
01:21:099 (1,2) - 01:22:877 (1,2) - this abuses slider leniency too much tbh. you could argue it works to stress the sounds, except the sliders look too similar in length to sliders such as 01:20:099 (1) - which are 1/2 causing confusion
01:21:544 (2,3,4) - and ye, you have different rhythms but same spacing gaps
01:26:433 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4) - this goes from like 0 to 100. it feels like too much of a diff spike with no buildup whatsoever and causes the majority of people to fail

Additionally to what Pentori mentioned about the highest difficulty, I'd like to add some thoughts on other difficulties:
[Easy]
I don't really understand the NCing in this diff. Most of the time it seems like it follows the patterning, like 00:13:544 (1,2) - , but then for example 00:45:544 (3) - is not NCd.. and many other places like that. Also some of the combos seem really short, like 01:15:766 (1,2,1,2,1,2) - . I think this diff would benefit from a simple, consistent comboing on every second big white tick, or something similar to that.
The same problem applies to the Hard difficulty, too.
00:49:099 (1,1) - 00:53:544 (4,1) - etc.
These overlaps don't seem like a good idea, because the tails from both sliders are overlapping a lot. More straight-forward readable patterns like http://puu.sh/vDqY9/2e9bbd4045.jpg will be better for newbies and also help the aesthetic.
[Normal]
00:28:877 (2,3) - This larger gap in rhythms sounds weird, because you had denser rhythms before and there isn't really anything different in the song. I would expect a similar rhythm to 00:20:655 (1,2,3) - or atleast have that gap filled up with a note at 00:29:099 -
00:33:099 - to 00:43:766 - It's unfortunate you mapped this section as dense as the other sections around it. The song is reducing the density a lot here and the other difficulties (like Easy or Hard) reflected that well with the intensity of the map. I would recommend you to avoid having a lot of 1/2-rhythms here.
00:49:099 - It feels awkward that this diff is the only one with that break here. It's a very intense buildup to the chorus so a break doesn't seem fitting.
01:24:655 (2,3,1,2,3) - In this part, the intensity and pace of the song increases significantly again, so it feels weird to have such low density rhythms. I would recommend to add some 1/2 in this part, to make it reflect the song better.
[Hard]

01:26:877 (4,1) - The jump between these seems really big compared to other jumps in this map. It would be nice if you could move 01:27:321 (1,2) - more downwards.

01:04:322 (4,5) - The gap between these objects reads like a 1/4-gap for me, because 01:03:322 (1,2,3,4) - this pattern has these 1/4-gaps with very big spacings in between, so I expected the same here after this shorter slider. You guys should wait for Xexxar or KwaN post answer about what Doormat, Xexxar and Gaia mentioned on p/5972521 before qualifying this. Even if there is translation on CD cover, this kind of inconsistency (Title: Jpanaese, Romanised: English) just makes users confused imo..

Just for clarification, the entire "modified hepburn romanization system" is meant for archival and documentation purposes. Actually, osu! doesn't follow the rules of the modified hepburn system that closely anyways.

As you can see, already the system seems to deviate from how we would normally romanize words anyways. アルミニウム is for example romanized as Aruminyumu instead of Aluminum or even (if you replaced katakana for its corresponding english sound) Aruminiumu. There are obscure rules that make sense in archival settings but the osu! database isn't set up to really accomodate that. As well, using these rules precisely only benefits researchers, and not people who just want to search up a song.
Anyways, that's my rant on the modified hepburn system. On to actually important stuff, "romanization" is not "translation". The purpose of romanizing something is to show a reader how to pronounce a word or phrase if they are unfamiliar with an alphabet. Someone who cannot read kanji would have absolutely no idea how to pronounce 青空. I mean show this to a person who could only read/write english and ask them to read it. What will they say? Yea, nothing, because they have no idea how the writing system works or how the character should be pronounced. The function of romanization is to put these characters into a writing system that the reader can actually read. You cannot read 青空 unless you know chinese, but you can read "Aozora" if you know English. Translating 青空 to Blue Sky doesn't tell you how to read/pronounce the kanji, so it's not a romanization, it's a translation.
