Hey, just a really quick check because you're planning to push this forward.

Can you call someone to check the offset? I find it to be -3/-4 off (meaning, it should be -681/2).

Hitsounds on the Insane difficulty are inaudible. Bump them to 60%, at the very least. Currently they blend waaaay too much with the background music.
Double-check hitsounds on imouto's Extra, please. Stuff like 01:01:322 (5) - 01:04:321 (2) - 01:08:655 (1) - 01:21:988 (3) - 01:24:877 (2) - etc. etc. having no hitsounding whatsoever makes no sense. Hitsounds need to be rechecked on this difficulty before it gets iconned.
Something similar happens with OblivioN's Normal, check hitsounding on these two difficulties.
On Easy, the clap on tail at 01:20:210 - sounds really random, I would suggest you to remove it.

Hitsounding aside,
01:16:433 (1,2) - 01:19:988 (1,2) - on imouto's Extra. These two patterns are a massive difficulty spike due to how the break the spacing in such a short period of time. It would be nice if you could gather more opinions before pushing this forward.
00:56:655 (3,4,1) - on imouto's Extra. Visually speaking, this pattern looks quite bad, stacking kinda breaks the aesthetics.
@Dynamic: Check AiMod.

I could agree with most parts you mentioned... But 01:01:322 (5) - ? Even soft-sample of 90% volume is already quite loud, or more than just 'noticeable'. Besides the vocal on 01:01:322 - is obviously relatively weak, in order to stress the latter vocal on 01:01:544 - . I didn't see there's any reason to add additional hitsounds to emphasize the vocal or something else here.
Other parts were fixed.

Generally speaking these whole pattern is as difficult as 00:15:322 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4) - or 00:47:322 (1,2,1,2,1,2,1,2,3,4) - . It feels like a difficulty spike because the former kiai is mapped in a easier way.
For myself I could play these two patterns easily... I used to ask some players to testplay it. Actually for most players they could follow the spacing change in their 2nd try (even 1st try), since they've met this kind of jumps in the former patterns. As for players who are not good at 270bpm single taps, reducing spacing won't change much unless I remove all those 1/4 patterns, which is rather meaningless.

Dynamix怎麼一直沒出現過呢,第一頁那幾個人的mod都沒回覆過,然後Normal也是,前面兩頁的mod都沒人回覆,也不知道是改了還是沒改,@Kamiya 如果是幫他們改,也要把前面幾個人的mod也回覆了,因為現在mapper有責任要回覆每個人的mod,上次沒注意就被strike了

01:19:321 - 這裡重音不該用滑條尾,所以01:19:099 (5,6) - 換一下比較好,就像你前面01:17:322 (5,1) - 一樣,然後記得NC從01:19:321 - 開始,不要在01:19:766 (1) - NC

01:22:877 (4) - NC

Edit : 00:22:766 (3) - 藍線折返沒改,和00:31:655 (3,1) - 一樣的,另外00:31:766 (1) - 不要NC
