Problem Details:
osu on windows insider preview build 15048 fps is dropping from 300-400 to around 100. changing gpu or using full screen mode had no effect.
and gpu clock speed is only around 600 MHz instant of around 1000 MHz, and gpu load is only 40-50% when playing not 80-90% like normal.
only way to get the fps back is using compatibility mode or using stable fallback
