Problem Details: I want to register this beatmap, but It appear "This beatmap hasn't been upload correctly!"

Is it possible register this beatmap? If it's possible, how to register this beatmap?

Go ask in the website or the devs, the help forum here is about osu (*.ppy.sh) and bloodcat is a different service
