00:16:132 (16132|3) - consider moving it to 3 to anchor with the previous note
00:26:014 (26014|2,26191|2) - consider moving these to 2 and 00:26:191 (26191|0) - to 3 to anchor with the previous note
00:26:720 (26720|1,26897|1) - use 2 notes each instead of one? inconsistency here
00:50:720 (50720|2) - consider moving these to 4 and ctrl+g on 00:50:897 (50897|3,50985|2) - to anchor with the previous note

- 00:05:897 - is better make a hs each note consistency like 00:41:191 (41191|2,41191|1) - sound balance kinda so add whistle in 00:05:897 (5897|1) - same part similar

- missing whistle in 00:54:955 (54955|1) -

00:03:602 - suggest to move this note to 1, since this sound is different with the previous sound, using something other and stair can show that feeling (plus too much left to right pattern in this part)
00:03:955 (3955|0,4132|1,4308|3) - CTRL+H if you apply my previous mod
00:05:367 (5367|0) - you might want to change this pattern into a small trills img, you can hear new sound (piano i think) start from here, use trills to emphasize that sound
00:16:485 - i can see you are using 1/2 to simplify the 1/4, but the vocal is also quite catchy, change the first note to LN for the vocal and drum roll is better imo, by what i mean img
00:42:602 - cant understand the LNs here, while the main sounds stop at here 00:43:132 - then back in 00:43:485 - (something like img), spam 1/1 thru this part is clearly a bad decision, might just change the LNs to 1/2 normal note
01:27:073 (87073|1) - to 4? just feel it make the pattern more balance

00:56:544 - 00:57:249 - 00:57:955 - feels weird not having note for these sound, they are either snare drum or bell, both very noticeable and catchy, pls add (if this change makes the SR go over 2.2, you can reduce some double)
00:58:132 - if you my last mod, you can change to pattern to smth like img, using 1/2 jack to build up the intensity as the music itself goes up

Also, since the HS are same pitch with the music itself, pls raise the volume to 50% (or even 70%) so the player can notice the HS. Otherwise it will be consider as blending
