Something like this or at least move 00:18:510 (18510|0) - in col 3 and 00:19:039 (19039|0) - in col 2. Yes, this create a anchor there 00:17:451 (17451|3,17804|3,18157|3,18510|3,18863|3) - , but it's shorter than the other one.

  4. You could make a triple here by adding a note in col 0.

  23. The way you placed your notes at the end don't really fit with the song. I guess those notes 01:56:804 (116804|0,116892|1,116981|2) - are for the drum,
    but there's no drum at 01:56:981, but there are drum sounds at 01:57:069 and 01:57:157. Do something like this.
    I know, it's not as cool-looking as your notes, but it better fits the song.

Welp, that's about it for the mod! I hope it'll be helpful. I don't know if some of the things I said wqas already told by other modders, but I felt to lazy to check their mods.

The brightness of the storyboard during 01:21:334 (81334|2) - is way too high since the majority of it is just black or dark. Lower the opacity a bit to make it dimmer or modify your images to be darker.
00:14:275 (14275|0) - SV here is borderline unreadable on mx/hd, it would make sense to have a smoother less sudden change with more green lines

00:06:686 (6686|3,6775|2,6863|1) - Since 00:06:775 (6775|2) - is the higher piano note, it would follow PR better to do lanes 2,4,3
Then again it wasn't mapped at 00:08:628 (8628|2) - , may be best to delete the pattern above to keep low density on low intensity section
00:25:569 (25569|2) - Would be more interesting to map this as 1/8 than just another triple for some variation
01:35:981 (95981|2) - Not sure if I understand the patterning here, the offbeats are in a different lane to the triples in this part, but changes to 1/2 jacks around 01:37:039 (97039|1) - changing every beat. Would try to have some consistency between those patterns

In general, it would be better to have more triples on downbeats + finishes in the kiai since it's kinda lacking in note density on those parts

SV's

I wanna talk about these SV's for a moment
The first point i want to make is that the SV's are not sight-readable and that is ok for a map with a focus on SV's but i feel that the SV's are very unexpected here and poorly implemented. Here is why:
this SV 01:34:039 - is a very slow SV and makes it look like a 1/2 when in reality its a 1/1 this is a problem on a map that doesnt have a huge focus on SV's this could be fixed by averaging the SV's and i think that an SV that looked someting like 1,5 at 01:34:039 - and 0,5 at 01:34:216 - would be much more readable and enjoyable.
The second issue is the consistency in SV's. Here is the problem i find:
There is one specific place that calls for an SV and thats here 01:10:039 - i think it could be emphasised with SV's just like the other parts. the secon thing here i want to point out is that in places like this 00:47:981 - you should already start using SV's at 00:47:451 - since this where the SV stuff begins and not in the middle of the section like you did here.
The third and last thing is that the HD difficulty's SV's are just as hard/harder than the ones on MX for the difficulty you should look into toning them down
so lower level players can actually play them.

Things that should be fixed on all difficulties

00:23:451 - the LN here should end at 00:23:804 -
the LR_Hat Fast is almost not audible might want to make it a tad louder

Monika's Hard

00:14:981 - add a note here
00:18:510 - add a note here
00:21:334 - add note and so on especially in places like this 00:22:039 - where you have the same sound just after 00:22:392 - and had a note for it
00:22:392 (22392|2) - extend to 00:22:745 - so it matches the same snapping on the hardest difficulty or talk with FadilSan about changing that one
00:55:039 - missed note here
01:15:598 - add a note here

Normal

00:14:981 - add a note here for the cymbal
