I think maybe offset 360 (-16ms for current) will better? xD
hmm you can try it and decide whether you change it or not :3
but if you decide to change the offset then please don't forgot to resnap all notes and move all greenlines to align the timeline xD

setting the offset to 360 seemed to work better. Fixed now, i hope :?

how come this diff is more enjoyable AND has better quality AND better beat placement than the rest?
I won't be surprised if this is a guest diff, but it is not

You should use more hitsounds ;)
Why are Easy and Normal so short? I'm not sure if this is a problem but I prefer all difficulties beeing the same length.

[Easy]
- Reduce Slider Velocity to 1,00x (or lower, but I would choose 1,00x)
- use one fixed distance spacing between 0,8x and 1,0x (I would choose 1,0x)
- Avoid overlapping notes in easy: http://puu.sh/3c3M and http://puu.sh/3c3N
- Stacking is confusing for Beginners so don't use it very often or just use it for notes are not close in timing

00:09:126 (1,2) - maybe use a repeating slider like 00:07:567 (4) instead
00:11:074 (3) - delete, use a slider that starts 00:10:489 (white tick) and ends here
00:12:632 (4) - delete, use a slider that starts 00:12:048 (white tick) and ends here
00:15:944 (1,2) - use a 1x repeating slider instead: http://puu.sh/3c3G

Hard,00:15:944のスピンの直後の単発が早すぎる気がするので、00:16:334 [1] の単発は消してもいいと思います(個人的な意見)
