Nothing much to say here, to be honest. Just don't forget about hitsounding. (It's not enough to just change the volume every now and again.) :)

That being said, with current ranking requirements, every map needs a difficulty under 2*. Consider making one or finding someone for a GD.

Overall, it's nicely mapped, though there are some changes I would like to suggest. (It looks long, but that's because I write a lot.)

A general point would be before I go on would be that there are some areas where I feel that it's not clear as to what the notes are trying to follow. Within a pattern, try to maintain following one thing, like the vocals or the piano, but try not to switch mid-phrase, as it can be a little jarring to newer players. I'm not going to mention every tiny detail, but have a look again at the map with this thought in mind.

  1. 00:10:397 (10397|0,10472|1,10547|2,10622|3) - To me, this feels a little bit like an overmap here. For a relatively calm section of the song, I don't think it needs a 1/4 ministream. A possible alternative would just be to remove this and extend the LN by 1 beat.
  2. 00:10:997 - I feel like you should map something here since you want to follow the vocals in the small section afterwards.
  3. 00:13:397 (13397|0) - Ghost note (every note in mania should be mapped to something. This one isn't). Remove it.
  4. 00:13:697 (13697|3,13847|1) - ^ (You could probably get away with the second one, considering the pitch change in the vocals)
  5. 00:14:447 (14447|2) - ^
  6. 00:15:497 (15497|2,15497|0,15947|3,15947|1,16697|3,16697|0,17147|1,17147|2) - Consider making one of these LNs in each pair a normal note, since there is only one long sound with one short one in the audio every time.

  14. From 00:49:097 to 00:58:697, you could try for pitch relevancy (where which column a note falls in corresponds to the pitch of the thing you're trying to follow) For example, you could do something like this at 00:51:497. By no means is this obligatory, but I thought it might be nice. :)
  15. 01:03:197 (63197|2) - Move to col 3 to avoid LN shield?
  16. 01:06:947 (66947|1,66947|2,66947|3) - A triple is a little too much here imo. Consider reducing to a double.

Alright, I'm not going to do a full mod on this difficulty, as it is too similar to HD for my liking (see HD for more or less the same issues), with the star rating buffed by two overly difficult sections. I still think that this map can support something of this difficulty, but the other parts would just need to be a little harder.

There are a few issues that are unique to this diff, so I'll try to list them here. (There's a general misemphasis throughout, and it would be too long to point them all out.)
  1. 00:01:097 (1097|0,3497|3,5897|0) - (and so on) LNs mapped to silence again.
  2. 00:38:372 (38372|1,38447|0,38522|3) - You start the 1/4 stream one beat too early in my opinion.
  3. 00:43:997 (43997|3,43997|2,44147|0,44147|1,44297|3,44297|1,44297|2) - Double-double-triple feels a little too much. How about single-single-double instead?
  4. 00:49:097 (49097|0,51497|3) - More silent LNs here.
  5. 01:45:497 (105497|2,105497|3,105647|2,105647|1,105797|0,105797|2,105947|1,105947|3,106097|3,106097|0,106247|1,106247|2) - Map the 1/4 stream instead here?

Alright, I'm not going to do a full mod on this difficulty, as it is too similar to HD for my liking (see HD for more or less the same issues), with the star rating buffed by two overly difficult sections. I still think that this map can support something of this difficulty, but the other parts would just need to be a little harder.

There are a few issues that are unique to this diff, so I'll try to list them here. (There's a general misemphasis throughout, and it would be too long to point them all out.)
  1. 00:01:097 (1097|0,3497|3,5897|0) - (and so on) LNs mapped to silence again.
  2. 00:38:372 (38372|1,38447|0,38522|3) - You start the 1/4 stream one beat too early in my opinion.
  3. 00:43:997 (43997|3,43997|2,44147|0,44147|1,44297|3,44297|1,44297|2) - Double-double-triple feels a little too much. How about single-single-double instead?
  4. 00:49:097 (49097|0,51497|3) - More silent LNs here.
  5. 01:45:497 (105497|2,105497|3,105647|2,105647|1,105797|0,105797|2,105947|1,105947|3,106097|3,106097|0,106247|1,106247|2) - Map the 1/4 stream instead here?

From 01:26:297 to 01:27:497 - Why only half the stair has whistle HS ? Either use whistle during the whole stair or no whistle at all but not just the hafl

From 01:29:147 to 01:29:897 - The jack should be on the 2 first chords pair. I mean

No real mistakes with the mapping here, and many nice ideas like the full LNs mapping at 00:49:097 or the jacks during the kiai at 01:19:547 etc. So yeah i enjoyed test-playing this diff too ^-^

For example you can either go for only chords on white ticks or if you want to keep the 1/4 flow you can go for a jack after each chords, or something else

00:34:247 (34247|1) - Would move it to (0) to avoid overusing the (1) column

At 00:57:497 - The jacks are a really good idea but you should change the start like this :
00:57:497 (57497|0) - Remove this one
00:57:347 (57347|2) - Move it to (0) and make it an LN until 00:57:497 this way it matches exactly the synthesizer

At 01:09:947 - I think you should use a simplified version of the jacks you are using during the kiai to map this musical event

01:29:147 (89147|1,89297|1,89447|1) - This triple jack is not good, i would suggest remapping this part as the following (you can also find anything else you like better that avoid any triple jacks) :



01:39:497 (99497|2) - Maybe move it to (3) to avoid the triple jack

Just some mapping mistakes sometime i think, but good diff overall with a difficulty climax at the kiai which is nice. Wide range of patterns and still enjoyable to play. So nice work owo)b
