Still Climbing
-01:02:125: you should add kiai from there
-01:05:142: You should snap it further because they will thought it a stream
-01:08:661: You should seperate number 7 and 1more further away

David thank you for modding. I'll take a look at it when I have the time. Really appreciate you looking at my first map <3

Still kinda new to modding so please ignore any glaring formatting and spelling issues.

Mod for "Still Climbing" diff (because you have it marked as 100% which I assume means completed):

General stuff - From what i can gather, the theme of this map is exciting and fun (thus the emphasis on jumps on the vocals rather than triplets/streams on the drum/guitar riffs). There's no slider velocity changes which is kinda weird, but if you have a reason as to why that is then that's fine. You didn't mark the kiai sections. Your jump spacings can feel kinda weird at times.

- No SV changes between 00:03:131 and 00:07:320 despite the pace of the song picking up. Imo the sliders should change based on song intensity.
Spacing between 00:10:672 2,3 is much larger than the spacing between any other notes in this section I suggest placing 1 Further away from the slider end and 2 closer to the slider head to make it fit the section better.
- 00:15:030 2,3,4,5 - I really like the slider ladder, but i still think that the sliders need to be faster, so at the very least change the SV on these, if not the whole section (as mentioned earlier).
- 00:19:387 - SV here is fine, just remember to keep it the same if you change the section before this.
- 00:20:561 6 - I don't really get why this slider is different from the other two before it
- 00:26:259 1,2,3,4,5,6 - These have spacing the size of the last section when the current section isn't nearly as intense. Tighten them up a bit.
- 00:28:270 2,3,4 - Same feedback as above.
- 00:29:443 3 - Change SV to make this slider faster to highlight the change in the singer's emphasis.
- 00:35:980 to 00:37:656 - you could probably map something over this break, just make it less pronounced than the section before it.
- Either change the spacing of 00:37:823 - 00:40:002 and make it smaller or make the spacing of 00:40:505 - 00:43:019 much larger for better emphasis (also change the SV accordingly).
- 00:40:672 to 00:59:108 - Mark this as a kiai section and make SV higher because of intensity.
- 00:51:399 9 and 00:54:080 8 - Unless you have a specific reason, I don't really see why these sliders are shaped weirdly.
- 00:56:594 1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6 - This isn't something you absolutely have to change, but I think it would be cool if the jumps 2,3 started closer to 1 and then got more spaced out as that section progressed (kinda vague but I can't really describe it too well, sorry).
- 00:59:443 to 01:01:790 - This could be mapped, but if you have a reason for not mapping it then that's fine.
- 01:01:119 to 01:32:963 - Mark as kiai.
- 01:25:086 to 01:34:304 - This could be mapped but you seem to be primarily mapping the vocals so I get why this one isn't.
- 01:54:248 6 - Change the slider to a spinner and have it last until 01:55:337
- 01:55:589 to 02:11:510 - The spacing here is huge despite the intensity of the song being relatively low. Tighten these up a bit (I do like the patters a lot though).
- 02:06:482 7 - Lower SV.
- 02:09:164 8 Lower SV (also why the weird shape?)
- 02:16:203 to 02:38:494 - Mark as kiai.
- 02:50:561 4 - Increase SV.
- Okay so you've mapped the vocals pretty much exclusively from the start (except for the first 20 seconds and some pickup vocals from the end of the 3rd break), but at 03:15:533 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 it's a stream based on the drum beats. I really like this, but I think that this should be reason enough for you to map the breaks that you left when the vocalist wasn't singing.

Overall, I like how the maps flows during what should be the kia sections and I really like the geometrical patterns you use because they feel really good to hit properly. I think that as long as you change some of the sections to better fit he music that they're mapped to then you should be good to go! (Oh also I should probably warn you that messing with the slider velocity is gonna make you have to readjust a lot of slider lengths which is going to be annoying. Fair warning.)

UnNVus thank you soo much for taking the time to mod my map. This is my first map and honestly I had no idea what Kiai time was before I googled it xD
I'll look into this when I have the time, thanks again <3

Changed the SV
Spacing between 00:10:672 2,3 is much larger than the spacing between any other notes in this section I suggest placing 1 Further away from the slider end and 2 closer to the slider head to make it fit the section better.
Changed the spacing
- 00:15:030 2,3,4,5 - I really like the slider ladder, but i still think that the sliders need to be faster, so at the very least change the SV on these, if not the whole section (as mentioned earlier).
Changed the SV and the placing of the sliders but it still feels kinda weird to me
- 00:19:387 - SV here is fine, just remember to keep it the same if you change the section before this.
Still the same
- 00:20:561 6 - I don't really get why this slider is different from the other two before it
Me neither, changed
- 00:26:259 1,2,3,4,5,6 - These have spacing the size of the last section when the current section isn't nearly as intense. Tighten them up a bit.
Totally agree, fixed the spacing
- 00:28:270 2,3,4 - Same feedback as above.
yes
- 00:29:443 3 - Change SV to make this slider faster to highlight the change in the singer's emphasis.
This felt pretty weird at first yeah, fixed
- 00:35:980 to 00:37:656 - you could probably map something over this break, just make it less pronounced than the section before it.
Mapped a part but it feels a bit weird, probably because I'm used to there being a break.
- Either change the spacing of 00:37:823 - 00:40:002 and make it smaller or make the spacing of 00:40:505 - 00:43:019 much larger for better emphasis (also change the SV accordingly).
Made the first spacing a bit smaller
- 00:40:672 to 00:59:108 - Mark this as a kiai section and make SV higher because of intensity.
Didn't even know what kiai was, fixed
- 00:51:399 9 and 00:54:080 8 - Unless you have a specific reason, I don't really see why these sliders are shaped weirdly.
Poi sliders I guess
- 00:56:594 1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6 - This isn't something you absolutely have to change, but I think it would be cool if the jumps 2,3 started closer to 1 and then got more spaced out as that section progressed (kinda vague but I can't really describe it too well, sorry).z
A really cool idea, implemented
- 00:59:443 to 01:01:790 - This could be mapped, but if you have a reason for not mapping it then that's fine.
I really like my short breaks before an intensive section so people can properly grip their pen if needed, also they can look at the scoreboard and get nerves because everyone is FCing
- 01:01:119 to 01:32:963 - Mark as kiai.
done
- 01:25:086 to 01:34:304 - This could be mapped but you seem to be primarily mapping the vocals so I get why this one isn't.
Halfway break after an intensive part, people can look at the multiplayer scoreboard and see how they're doing roughly halfway through the map. This could be mapped but I prefer not to since it's not in the style of the map
- 01:54:248 6 - Change the slider to a spinner and have it last until 01:55:337<<
Done
- 01:55:589 to 02:11:510 - The spacing here is huge despite the intensity of the song being relatively low. Tighten these up a bit (I do like the patters a lot though).
Done
- 02:06:482 7 - Lower SV.
Done
- 02:09:164 8 Lower SV (also why the weird shape?)
I made it a bit less weird I think
- 02:16:203 to 02:38:494 - Mark as kiai.
Done
- 02:50:561 4 - Increase SV.
Increased the SV from 02:54:415 since that was when the speed of the song increased again
The streams were put there because it was the climax of the song, the drummer goes a bit louder (he's pretty much on the background the entire song) and the singer has a bit more power in her voice so I wouldn't find a mere slider fitting enough for that part. I didn't map the breaks because previous reasons

Overall, I like how the maps flows during what should be the kia sections and I really like the geometrical patterns you use because they feel really good to hit properly. Mod part 2

This one isn't gonna be a super long ranting one like the last one, don't worry. I just wanted to point something out. During several sections of music, you use have the player snap at an angle above 90 degrees. Specifically speaking, stuff like 02:22:237 (3,4,5,6) and 02:24:248 (2,3,4) are the biggest offenders while some minor offenders would be 00:34:472 (4,5,6) and 01:57:098 (3,4,5) Changing something like this to something like this might imrpove how the map flows. Of course, I could be totally blind and these are 90 degree agngles already, so at least take it into consideration :) .

01:37:153 (1,2,3,4) - stuff like this works because it gives the map circular flow.

tl;dr - be careful with 90 degree jumps because its super easy to make them slightly higher than 90 which a lot of players feel is uncomfortabl to play.
