need stream advice

I decided to give learning how to stream properly a try again. Atm I can't acc anything that has streams and is <185 bpm and I've been struggling with this for 3 years now, so I ended playing a lot of dt and higher bpm because I became too frustrated with all my <85 acc fc's on lower bpm maps. I tried to fix this several times but always gave up after a few weeks because I couldn't see progress. That's why I wanted some advice on what the proper way would be to learn how to stream accurately.

Atm I'm mainly focusing on playing maps in the 150-180 bpm range, lower feels impossible for me to do the streams. My reasoning for focusing on that range is that since I can somewhat accurately stream 185+ bpm i should be able to learn bpm close to that more easily than lower ones?

I also did some plays on those long stream maps again. I'm not sure how useful they are to learn how to control my speed; my timing is always all over the place and my results are about the same as one year ago and I did play the 160-180 ones about 50-100 times since then. So I wonder if i should quit playing these. I'm not playing the slower ones since I fail them 90% of the time.
Some replays of my plays today in case anyone would be interested(maybe it helps understanding my problem?)

My main problem while playing these is that while I hear/know I am tapping too fast I never know how to slow down properly. I always end up doing one of two things:
-quit tapping for a short time and restart streaming
-start to raise my fingers a lot while streaming but this drains my stamina very fast and seems to be even more inconsistent.

For normal stream maps I also notice barely improvement on some maps like https://osu.ppy.sh/b/66820 I can't even beat my own score I set over 3 years ago after trying several times. Sometimes I'll get a lucky 90+ acc fc on a lower bpm stream map but when I try a few days/weeks later I'm back to getting 80-88 acc. What I notice while playing these maps is that I'll always accelerate a lot at the end of a stream. And when playing below 160 bpm I'll often start fully alternating without really realizing(normally I single tap) because I'm really focused on alternating the streams slowly, is this a good thing to do?
Here is are some plays on lower bpm streamy beatmaps:

TL;DR
-Are long stream maps useful when it comes to learning stream control?
-Are there certain techniques to stream slower?
-Is it good to focus on a certain bpm range or should I keep playing every bpm?
-good lower bpm (<185) stream maps are always welcome.

Are long stream maps good for control? Fuck no. Theyre for stamina and only stamina.
Are there techniques for streaming slower? Yes. Multiple infact, from hittinf your keys harder to hittinf them very softly to focusing on tapping after youve brought your other finger back up.
For finger control playing different bpms is the best.
For streams you should start playing alot more actively, stream stamina and finger control and speed are all lost rather swiftly and need constant training to keep up, its like muscles. From what i see from your profile youre not a very active player (?)

Yeah, I often take long breaks :/, started playing seriously again since last month. I guess I have to stop taking random breaks. Every time I come back from a break I feel like I lost a lot of stream speed and stamina QQ.

You don't need buff forearms to death stream. You just need to save stamina by tapping softly and minimal movements.

Long streams are for learning how to conserve stamina (and/or forearm training if you have anorexic arms).

You can train rhythm sense by single tapping. You can develop basic streaming techniques by practising bursts.

Master short stream bursts before moving onto deathstreams.

Good luck.
