Mapset isn't good.
Relaxing gives 2 millions score, but Boring gives just 100 thousands score.
I think you can add some notes to Boring. It looks like Normal diff due to its a bit high slider velocity.

01:28:648 (1) - This spinner's start point is uncertain to me. Maybe 01:28:573(1/8 faster) is better?

[Boring]
- Audio lead-in is too long. Decrease it to 1500ms.

This is not a good difficulty spread,make a "Normal" diff if you can,so any kind of player can enjoy this map.
Disable Letterbox during break.
Please unify the Stack Leniency on both difficulty!
Timing seems a little bit weird,It may need more offset and BPM,you may find a Timing expert to help you.

[Boring]

00:29:716(1.2)- Remove new cobmo on (1)- then add a new combo on (2)- to fit the music more.
01:23:100(1)- This slider will make confused to newbie!This type of slider is not appropriate to appear in a Easy difficulty!
01:32:697(x)- Reduce the volume to 5% please!Because the endding point of the spinner is quite calm,now is too large for me.

[Relaxing]

00:09:022(1.2)- Some rhythm suggestion here: Remove slider (1)- first and use a note instead of it.Then add a note at 00:09:172- and 00:09:472-
00:30:616(1.2.3.4)- I'm wondering why you're putting a stream here :/ It doesn't fit the music.Some simple 1/2 or 3/4 is good enough here.
00:58:357(3)- How about don't stack it?
01:07:205(3.4.5)- It should be a 1/6 notes?Also add a note at 01:07:505 if you snap then in 1/6.

your custom soft-hitclap sounds like default "hit" sound. I'm not really sure that this file is really necessary since you can make similar sounding of map without this file.

Relaxing
01:28:648 (1) - Hm, don't like whistle here... Make end of spinner noiseless? (remove whistle + lower volume in the end?)

Boring
00:03:924 (3) - add whistle to the end, remove clap from the end
01:28:648 (1) - same as before in Relaxing

I tried to make a Normal but it's kinda impossible for me, so unfortunately only 2 diffs.
Timing seems ok imo, I even asked osuplayer111 some timing check ad he says it's fine.

Also, I didn't change anything in the [Boring] difficulty, just a couple of things in the [Relaxing] difficulty.

Anyway, thank you for modding, I'm sorry for the difficulty spread but meh.

Yeah the difficulty spread doesn't seem to be that good, but since it's almost impossible to do something with the kind of song, I'll let it go.
