[Archived] Account Verification not being accepted...

Problem Details:
Hi,
I was emailed a verification code to enter and confirm my identity.. I'm entering it exactly as it is in the email however Osu is not accepting my verification code - says it's incorrect! I've tried with capital letters and lower case.... Not sure how to proceed. Please help :)

Try copy pasting the code, just in case you indeed made a mistake.
And if that doesn't work then proceed as stated above.
Please keep in mind that a response from support will, most likely, take some time.

i know im late BUT i think ppy will fix it but ayways you need to leave a space in the number example: (insert space here) u71z914i blah blah hope it helps for the newbie who cant verify ;3 :P :P
