  1. 00:41:314 (1) - I don't think a spinner fits here. Maybe put it where you did in the other diffs? actually i did it to give players 4 beats rest time as an easy diff should have, but yeah i'm not completely happy with this one, suggestions about what to do here would be fine, i'd really like to keep some kind of spinner here not only one at the very end of the diff :(

  1. 00:26:090 (3,1) - I think you can make this flow better. Maybe something like this http://puu.sh/uDuit/45d8bc4459.jpg hmm i kinda agree with you here, but flow is not bad or something cuz 1 beat till the next note and the AR makes it easier to be prepared to hit the next object, so I think it's fine and cute too

Also, i don't like the idea of silence sliders too, i just did cuz there's no sound on the blue ticks, my intention was to make the clap sound with some extra emphasis and create a 3/4 cool pattern

https://puu.sh/uEpG1/491a87ab2a.wav use this instead of the drum-hitfinish, it has a delay which is over 5ms and causes an unrank.

[Habits]
00:21:053 - remove one of inherited points here, two green lines at the same timing is unrankable.
00:27:434 (2) - nice sotarks slider shape
00:32:359 (1) - stacking on the head of 00:31:463 (3) - still flows better and even the aesthetic. or if you feel love to keep the distance between 00:31:911 (4,5,1) - then 00:32:359 (1) - shift the anchor of slidertail to left a bit, it works cool to play. https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7540841
00:33:600 - this isn't working properly since it's unsnapped.
00:34:598 (2) - to be honest this isn't nice as your blanket is messy and flows badly into 00:35:045 (3) - so I would do something 90 degree from previous slider. https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7540850

this setting is frekingly faggot
[Hard]
00:27:881 (3) - I'd like to move the red point to the center of sliderbody, now it looks ugly and pointless to do IN MY OPINION.
00:45:792 (3) - probably better to avoid overlapping, 00:44:896 (1,2) - decreasing the distance of them and then it's easy.

it's whatever but I don't really like these overlaps in this difficulty.
[Advanced]
these slight overlaps man :v
00:32:807 (2) - the spacing is a bit off while I prefer x0.9 xd
00:42:210 (3) - noo, this sholdn't have been stacked here for sure. all of players would want to move their mouse to play the circle as the music and hitsound provide a good accent for it.
00:52:732 (2,3) - the reason why you didn't stack this too? since circles are consistently stacked on every claps which mean the second upbeats. I still disagree to stack them because of the sounds make me feeling really wanna move my hands :(

[Normal]
00:46:463 (2,1) - I would move them a bit left according to the previous slider shape so you provide a obvious better flow.
00:47:359 - are you sure ignoring the beat but 00:46:463 (2) - ? there's still a lack of circles which could follow the beats as it's normal difficulty.

[Easy]
00:19:822 (1) - this flows bad, I'm not focing anything to you but I abusolutely do something like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7541300 as it flows very smooth from 00:18:031 (2) -
00:28:777 (2) - ctrl+j this slider makes the flow perfect.
00:39:523 (2) - sotarks
00:51:613 (3) - remove whistle.

this setting is frekingly faggot sorry
[Hard]
00:27:881 (3) - I'd like to move the red point to the center of sliderbody, now it looks ugly and pointless to do IN MY OPINION. I did that king of slider on the whole map fuk but ok i might think on another shape to put in here
00:45:792 (3) - probably better to avoid overlapping, 00:44:896 (1,2) - decreasing the distance of them and then it's easy. Ok

it's whatever but I don't really like these overlaps in this difficulty. sorry again

these slight overlaps man :v
00:32:807 (2) - the spacing is a bit off while I prefer x0.9 xd fixed
00:42:210 (3) - noo, this sholdn't have been stacked here for sure. all of players would want to move their mouse to play the circle as the music and hitsound provide a good accent for it. i'm avoiding do 2 circles at once spaced from each other, but i just realised it would be a random slider such as 00:38:628 (3) - for example, so yea ur right, changed
00:52:732 (2,3) - the reason why you didn't stack this too? since circles are consistently stacked on every claps which mean the second upbeats. I still disagree to stack them because of the sounds make me feeling really wanna move my hands :(maybe cuz the vocal has some intensity and stacking it would be weird, so i think it's okay as is, but let's see

[Normal]
00:46:463 (2,1) - I would move them a bit left according to the previous slider shape so you provide a obvious better flow. really? it would make the angle even sharper and idk if i really want it
00:47:359 - are you sure ignoring the beat but 00:46:463 (2) - ? there's still a lack of circles which could follow the beats as it's normal difficulty. yeah yeah, i was focusing on the beats that vocal exists, 00:49:150 (2,2) - was just to create some variation and to avoid such a large pause till the player reach 00:50:045 (3) -

[Easy]
00:19:822 (1) - this flows bad, I'm not focing anything to you but I abusolutely do something like https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7541300 as it flows very smooth from 00:18:031 (2) - hmmm it makes no difference at all since the player have a lot of time to react and stuff, but ok, agreed and fixed
00:28:777 (2) - ctrl+j this slider makes the flow perfect. fixed
00:39:523 (2) - sotarks changed
00:51:613 (3) - remove whistle. 00:48:031 (3,3) - whistles create some emphasis on vocal, so i'm gonna keep it for now
sorry, will update soon

Fine

[Easy]
- 00:41:314 (1) - I think u used spinner cuz it's the end of this part of song, but no change from before, no special sound to map with spinner. I think just http://puu.sh/uF0eH/567627bce2.jpg is better.
- 00:48:031 (3) - I didn't think this note is necessary. actually sound is so small, almost can't hear. at least turn off whistle sound pls.
- 00:55:195 (3) - ^

[Normal]
- NC used too often. consider using per 2 downbeat pls

[Advanced]
- Adv->HD Distance gap is too big but NM->Adv gap is too low. how about near 1.17x ?
- OD 4 is better for spread

[Hard]
- 00:30:568 (1,2) - DS too low considering your DS usage

[Habits]
- 00:26:986 (1,2,3) - can make that tail triangle better
- 00:35:045 (3,4) - i don't think there's noticable sound in 00:35:493 (4) - . just 1/1 is better.
*Hitsound
- 00:45:792 (3) - no sound in tail, i think whistle in 00:46:463 (4) - is better cuz there's sound
- 00:47:583 (3,4) - ^
- 00:52:956 (3,4) - ^
- 00:54:747 (3,4) - ^
- 00:50:045 (4) - whistle if u want
-> same for lower diffs :)

- 00:48:031 (3) - I didn't think this note is necessary. actually sound is so small, almost can't hear. at least turn off whistle sound pls. this is not a different sound or some instrumental stuff, i put it here to give vocal some support, i didn't want to make it full of random sliders :(
- 00:55:195 (3) - ^ same, but i think it's ok

[Normal]
- NC used too often. consider using per 2 downbeat pls o yeah you're right! my bad

[Advanced]
- Adv->HD Distance gap is too big but NM->Adv gap is too low. how about near 1.17x ? I mean, the concepts here are fine, normal is a common simplify of sounds with 1/2, the adv one is the same thing but denser, so the player can be prepared to click more, the hard has more notes and the spacing change starts, so I guess it's fine already. I could just make the spacing of adv bigger, but i don't feel like doing it for now
- OD 4 is better for spread it would be weird if i just let 2-3-4-6-7, maybe 4.5 is an ok option after all, since it shows the player some kind of difficult change it's gonna happen, and since it's related to [click more] as explained above, OD is a nice thing to change

[Hard]
- 00:30:568 (1,2) - DS too low considering your DS usage the reason why i avoided doing some spacing like 00:34:150 (1,2) - is: this is not the same flow, i'm gonna need some bigger spacing to make it a thing and not weird at all, the reason why 00:30:568 (1,2) - don't need to be so big is: same flow, player can go from the 1 slider head to the 2 slider head easily and it turns into something natural. This is why i'm keeping for now, but if someone else says it need to be changed, k, i must do it

[Habits]
- 00:26:986 (1,2,3) - can make that tail triangle better k, nothing extremely accurate since i map with grid snap on lmao
- 00:35:045 (3,4) - i don't think there's noticable sound in 00:35:493 (4) - . just 1/1 is better. you have a point here, but even if it play as an overmap, the whole diff has patterning like this and is the big deal between hard and [last diff], i guess it's not a real problem if i keep it here, 00:31:911 (4) - also have 0 feedback from instrumental and the vocal is not that important here either, so yeah
*Hitsound
- 00:45:792 (3) - no sound in tail, i think whistle in 00:46:463 (4) - is better cuz there's sound as commented on another mod, my whistle here is trying to add something to the song, not cover already setted sounds, if i just spam it on the red tick the hitsound would be boring and repetitive.
- 00:47:583 (3,4) - ^
- 00:52:956 (3,4) - ^
- 00:54:747 (3,4) - ^
- 00:50:045 (4) - whistle if u want intentional pause of whistles here, so it can give some emphasis to the next patterning and hitsounding for another section
-> same for lower diffs :)

decent mapset, good luck!
thank you for everything Left, really appreciated, will update soon

Hey!

[General]
  1. Metadata confirmation. Your current one is correct.
  2. Since you don't have a storyboard you peobably should uncheck Widescreen Support in all difficulties.

[Normal]
  1. 00:17:807 (3) - there is practically no sound except for a very faded beat. Probably it's better to avoid mapping it since it's so weak. How about something like this?
  2. 00:36:837 (6) - this one is better when split into two circles. There is nothing that would support the sliding sound in-between these object, so the slider feels out of place.
  3. 00:43:105 (1) - not exactly sure of having two spinners. Even the Easy difficulty didn't have a spinner here, I'd rather insert some object instead as to keep the mapping more dynamic.
  4. 00:52:956 (4,5,1) - this pattern feels a bit rough in terms of flow. let's restructure to make it slightly more natural?

[Advanced]
  1. 00:17:807 (3) - there is practically no sound except for a very faded beat. Probably it's better to avoid mapping it since it's so weak.
Note: 00:22:060 (2) - for a very similar reason this one would feel better as a single circle placed on 00:22:284 - and then 00:25:642 (2) - and 00:29:225 (2) - here for consistency.
  2. 00:38:404 (2,3) - this can be made into a more natural shape. try a circular pattern
  3. 00:43:105 (1) - not exactly sure of having two spinners. Even the Easy difficulty didn't have a spinner here, I'd rather insert some object instead as to keep the mapping more dynamic.

I can't agree with the rhythm choice here as a plenty of sliders either begin on something very weak.

[Hard]
  1. The same kind of thing happens here, for instance here, 00:16:687 (2) - when the head of the slider begins on a very quiet beat and leaves the actual stronger beat on 00:16:911 - without anything to click on. Remember that the head of each slider requires a click, therefore giving a lot of feedback. While when it comes to the slidertail it is alot easier as players can just stop holding the key (no feedback recieved).

this happens more, as the vocals aren't always snapped on the wite ticks and the main beat is kind of variable. So, you do have to listen to the song to geta better idea of where the stronger beats are. it is mostly about the non-kiai parts, but it can be noticed in patterns like 00:48:927 (2) - as well.

[Habits]
  1. See the Hard difficulty for reference on the rhythm thingy.

apart from that it feels pretty nice. Even the whole thing with the sliders is not very noticeable as the rhythm is dense and it's just that small part that I disagree with.

I guess it could use some more work, especially in terms of the rhythm in Adv/Hard/Insane, but it is not bad. I like the style and flow. Keep it up!

  1. 00:17:807 (3) - there is practically no sound except for a very faded beat. Probably it's better to avoid mapping it since it's so weak. How about something like this? uuh I can hear this in such ok way tbh, though i understand the song is getting louder and it will be easily to get in the middle/end, but this is not a big deal to get in the early notes in my opinion
  2. 00:36:837 (6) - this one is better when split into two circles. There is nothing that would support the sliding sound in-between these object, so the slider feels out of place. honestly there's nothing new here imo :( this is a transition pattern combining this pattern 00:32:135 (3,4,5,6) - and 00:34:150 (1,2) - this one, but there's a triplet sound on 00:37:284 - so i make it between the slider tail + circle + slider head to feel like a common pattern and playing softer (I mean, "triplet" is not the right word since it's 1/2 anyway but still)

  2. 00:38:404 (2,3) - this can be made into a more natural shape. try a circular pattern I don't really want to make the circles overlap (though it doesn't happen in-game i guess), but i rotated the 3 slider a bit so it should be fine now!

I guess it could use some more work, especially in terms of the rhythm in Adv/Hard/Insane, but it is not bad. I like the style and flow. Keep it up!

Best of luck!
I've tried to understand your points here, and i find it pretty nice, you are right on your points above, but let me try to explain why follow the strong beats on these notes are not the best option to me at least:

- 00:16:240 (1,2) - 2 sliders as on Hard/Habits, while this sound 00:16:911 - is louder than 00:16:687 - that barely exists, the second slider is a reflex of 00:16:240 (1) - to make everything consistent. Okay, 00:16:240 (1) - has a drum support that allows it to be a thing, but while it follow the drums it also follows the background sound. The reason why it is better to keep is that the song is soft, the map objective is to make the player slide all around making it fun and nice to play. I highly avoided to put lots of circles close to each other and the difference between both sounds are not so high tho as you commented "Even the whole thing with the sliders is not very noticeable".

About the kiai I made the vocals as focus, but I spplited sliders as 00:46:688 (1,2) - to make the continous "shout" on 00:47:583 (3) - receive some different focus. Honestly the drums are off and receiving less emphasis with this rhythm choice, but my intention wasn't to make them stronger anyway and it would make patterns as 00:50:270 (1,2) - weird without a reason.

About the adv one, sometimes I used 1/2 reverse + circle and sometimes 1/2 slider + 1/2 slider, this was most for variation reasons and to make it less-boring. Since it plays as a common normal but denser, it's not a big deal

If I focus on the song blindly this map would get a lot denser and making the initial objetive far away of it's goal. I mean, simplify background sounds is not that weird and unconfortable to play :(

[General:]

[Easy:]
  • 00:16:240 - Wow this is really boring and repetitive. I encourage you to go back through and come up with more fun ways to map this rhythm.
00:48:031 (3,3,3) - These are mapping literally nothing. Why not go to the vocals here to allow for some more creative patterns?

For 55 seconds, it shouldn't be asking too much to go back through and try a bit harder to come up with unique patterns beginners can have fun with! Remember, they can get bored too!

[Normal:]
  • 00:43:105 (3) - There's a clap on this in easy. o3o

[Advanced:]

  • 00:26:090 (3,1) - The flow here isn't so good. You could ctrl+g (1).

[Hard:]
  • 00:45:344 (2) - There's a lot of sliders like these during the chorus that literally start on nothing. This is a rhythm game, so try and get it to match the rhythm. Since there's only noise on the red tick it lands on, why not have it start there? Or use a circle?

[Afteword:]
  • Im not sure why you cut this down. It seemed like there were some interesting bits after it.

00:48:031 (3,3,3) - These are mapping literally nothing. Why not go to the vocals here to allow for some more creative patterns? my intention here was literally help the vocal when it holds the words a bit, and i think it's fine tho :(. but let me know if you have any suggestions to help me with it!

  • 00:43:105 (3) - There's a clap on this in easy. o3o thank you, it helped me to realize a lot of hs erros between normal/adv/hard that i forgot to fix when removed the spinner on Bakari's mod

[Advanced:]

  • 00:26:090 (3,1) - The flow here isn't so good. You could ctrl+g (1). I don't want to ctrl+g since there's a lot of time to react to it and move your mouse till the next pattern, but maybe I made it too extreme for newbies, so I changed a bit!

Ok, to cover the rhythm issues pointed months ago by Bakari, I've changed the hitsounding among the difficulties, specially adv/hard/"ins". Now I believe players can receive their feedback properly and my goal is perfectly reached.
