Problem Details:
Since Yesterday I can't submit any of my scores, I am connected to bancho for sure since I can play Multiplayer.
It's kindoff sad because I lost a good score (2nd&3rd screenshot)
All my scores are just saved in my local scores basically.
I've tried restarting osu and my pc, also relogged on my account. I tried waiting in the ending screen and I tried changing to cuttingedge.
None of that worked.. Any other ideas?

Closing osu! when the scores do not instantly submit is just about the worst thing you can do. If scores are not instantly submitted after a play, they will attempt to upload for 2 hours after the play. However, if you quite osu!, that process is disrupted and the scores will forever sit in your local files, never to see the light of day

I am aware of that and I also waited for over an hour for maps to submit, it just won't happen.
It's also not just one map, none of my maps work... so should I wait like 2 hours for every map?

Method 1: Antiviruses or Firewall
  1. Try checking if your antivirus isn't blocking osu! From connecting


Method 2: IP conflicts
  1. Try turning off your router by unplugging it and wait for 5 minutes before turning it on again.


Method 3: Reset adapter
  1. Try disabling ethernet adapter then enable it again


Method 4: DNS Cache
  1. Try clearing DNS
    1. Open up run (Windows logo + R)
    2. Type cmd and press enter
    3. Type ipconfig /flushdns and press enter


Method 5: Try using a VPN
  1. You can try using a VPN like [lucky:1337]Psiphon[/lucky:1337] and see if it works from there
    Just download from the website and open it, after it connects try again.

Seems to be fixed now, weird I didn't do anything this time.. Thanks for all the help tho :lol:

I had this same issue a couple days ago. The game would hang on "Loading results..." and would never even attempt to send the score. There was no error message, so it doesn't appear to be a regular connection issue. This happened twice in a row. Restarting the game fixed the issue for me, but the fact that so many other people have been having this same issue recently gives reason for the support team to look into this issue more.

One other thing that I noticed is that, in the session that this issue occurred for me, the more and more I played different maps, the more the game's sound would stutter when I selected a map. That stuttering became pretty bad right before this issue started happening. If anyone else who has experienced this score submission issue also experiences this progressive sound stuttering issue, please post that information in this forum.

I originally didn't feel like posting anything about this, but then I saw that a prominent member of our community was effected by what looks to be the exact same issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07V8COrq-gE. Due to this, there is a lot of misinformation floating around that is harmful to this game's support team. Addressing this issue would get rid of that misinformation.

t/561392 appears to be a duplicate of this thread. Merging the two threads would save a lot of time and effort.

For anyone who's experiencing crashes from this, please click pippi at the "osu! crashed" screen to get a stack trace for the dev team to use to track down the bug, since I don't think it's ever happened to anyone on the dev team.

If you get "osu! has stopped working" instead, open the Windows Event Viewer, and the stack trace should be in an Error entry under Windows Logs -> Application.

If you're not crashing at all, and scores get stuck on "Loading results...", go to your osu!/Logs folder and upload your network.log somewhere (make sure you haven't restarted osu! since the bug happened or it'll be reset). You may need to be on cuttingedge for network.log to appear.
