Hi, from historic thread.

Try offset 4,336.
The correct BPM is 75, you may want to double it for mapping ease or to make it look better but the song is definitely only 75 BPM so rankability wise you'll want to use that BPM and increase the slider velocity to compensate.

Some of the beginning acoustic guitar is a bit off beat, and the best thing to do would probably be to not map those to be honest. If you insist on mapping them, you may need a couple extra timing sections in some areas of the intro.

Sounds right, thanks a lot :D

lets do this I guess.

|1|2|3|4|

idk bout this name choice but ok
lower hitsounds, I know it sounds low but make it lower.
no kiai either, think there shd be some during the chorus
00:34:436 - sound is here, not 00:34:336 -
00:35:236 - sound is here too
00:35:586 - sound is here too (just slow down to 25% to be sure dude)
00:53:186 (53186|1) - this to 1 looks better as column 2 has a bad anchor placement
02:44:386 - good place to toggle kiai
04:58:769 - again another good place ^
06:33:069 (393069|3,393169|3) - what? 06:33:169 (393169|3) - just delete this note

Pretty repetitive song so if there are mistakes in the chart it would appear more often. Go through another check in the intro cause there are probably some off notes. Good luck :D

Just to clarify this, if i say something about 0/1/2/3, i mean the 4 keys you are using for playing (0 = most left key, 3 = most right key).
Anyways, let's go!!!

If I...
01:01:986 - I'd map more with LN's from here on since it makes the map more enjoyable
01:03:586 (63586|2,63586|0,63986|1,63986|3) - Why do you map these doubles in different columns if you do them in the same at 01:09:986 (69986|0,69986|2,70386|2,70386|0)? Isn't it still the same sound?

Sry that the mod is that short, but there's not much bad to say about your map. I really like the song, keep on mapping it!

If I...
01:01:986 - I'd map more with LN's from here on since it makes the map more enjoyable I'm not a LN lover, since the map has enough LNs, I only put note on the part that LN isn't so required
01:03:586 (63586|2,63586|0,63986|1,63986|3) - Why do you map these doubles in different columns if you do them in the same at 01:09:986 (69986|0,69986|2,70386|2,70386|0)? Isn't it still the same sound? I've considered about this thing too, but if I change them into the same column it would break the whole pattern, so keep it well let's fix it

Sry that the mod is that short, but there's not much bad to say about your map. I really like the song, keep on mapping it! Thank you,
that's one of my favourite Japanese song
Sorry for not giving kudosu :(

One thing applied :)
pnx

If I...
  1. 01:46:386 (106386|0) - I thinks move it to second column might cause more balance here.
  2. 02:07:586 (127586|3) - Move it to third column
  3. 02:09:186 - I've just felt little strange here, try this https://puu.sh/vo2if/389bf1b64f.png
  4. 02:20:186 (140186|1,140286|2,140386|1) - Maybe Ctrl+H it? I thinks it's better. So, it won't be alike 02:19:386 -
  5. 02:23:386 (143386|0) - Move to third column?
  6. 03:41:986 (221986|0) - If it is cymbal sound, I don't think It gonna work well. Normal note is quite nice instead~
  7. 04:48:786 - I don't like how the note spread there, I suggest this pattern instead; https://puu.sh/vo2NW/cecb38fc0f.png
  8. 05:52:769 (352769|2) - Maybe move to 1?
  9. 06:24:769 (384769|2) - I thinks it have too much note in the third column. So, move it to 4
Overall is great! I really like mostly of it but some burst pattern, I thinks it quite not good enough but it's quite not bad.
Nice map, keep up the good work~

  3. 02:09:186 - I've just felt little strange here, try this https://puu.sh/vo2if/389bf1b64f.png Yea there's too many jacks, that's better pattern for this part

Btw, i don't know if using a lot of timing points like that is rankable or not.
What I am trying to do in this mod is to fix your pattern. I found a lot of notes that aren't following the pattern before so yeah :)
00:38:386 (38386|2,38386|3) - Change this into a single
00:44:786 (44786|3,44786|1) - ^
00:51:186 (51186|3,51186|0) - ^
00:57:586 (57586|3,57586|2) - ^
And all the other same part
Why? Because for example, 00:36:786 (36786|2) and 00:38:386 (38386|2,38386|3) sound the same but 00:36:786 (36786|2) has only 1 note and 00:38:386 (38386|2,38386|3) is a double.
00:42:386 (42386|1) - Add a note here
00:48:786 (48786|1) - ^
00:55:186 (55186|0) - ^
Why? Because the sound there haven't changed yet
00:58:386 (58386|0,58586|3) - Why 2 LNs. I tried to listen to this part in 25% playback rate and it is only a single LN
01:20:786 (80786|2) - Move to 3
01:35:986 (95986|3) - Remove
01:39:986 (99986|3) - Add a note here
01:42:386 (102386|3) - Remove
01:52:786 (112786|3) - Add a note here
02:18:786 to 02:43:586 - Omg you charted this part so well :)
03:03:986 (183986|1) - Move to 3
04:01:986 (241986|3,243586|1) - I'd recommend changing it to normal notes because puting gasping note there for me doesn't feel so right.
04:08:386 (248386|2,249986|0) - ^
04:14:786 (254786|3,256386|1) - ^
04:21:186 (261186|0,262786|2) - ^
04:26:786 to 04:52:386 - I'm just in love with this part lol
05:49:969 to 06:41:169 - How many times have i said i really like this part, although i have to address that you should (really) remove 06:41:169 (401169|0) to avoid small jack.
Really good map and good song choice, I really want to see this chart to be in the ranked beatmaps list. GL for ranking and hope this help you :)

And all the other same part No changes on double notes, there should always be double for the kick
Why? Because for example, 00:36:786 (36786|2) and 00:38:386 (38386|2,38386|3) sound the same but 00:36:786 (36786|2) has only 1 note and 00:38:386 (38386|2,38386|3) is a double. Dude you need better headset to listen it, one note for the cymbal,
two for the kick

00:42:386 (42386|1) - Add a note here
00:48:786 (48786|1) - ^
00:55:186 (55186|0) - ^

00:58:386 (58386|0,58586|3) - Why 2 LNs. I tried to listen to this part in 25% playback rate and it is only a single LN It's a quick guitar play
01:20:786 (80786|2) - Move to 3 I put a jack here for the column balance, but I would change it if feel bad
01:35:986 (95986|3) - Remove Double for the kick
01:39:986 (99986|3) - Add a note here One note for the cymbal
01:42:386 (102386|3) - Remove
01:52:786 (112786|3) - Add a note here Dude I'm not sure are we on the same part
02:18:786 to 02:43:586 - Omg you charted this part so well :) But I worried about this part the most, bursts are hard mapped
03:03:986 (183986|1) - Move to 3 Again for the pattern balance
04:01:986 (241986|3,243586|1) - I'd recommend changing it to normal notes because puting gasping note there for me doesn't feel so right. It's considerable, putting LN for gasping just made me feel more interesting
04:08:386 (248386|2,249986|0) - ^
04:14:786 (254786|3,256386|1) - ^

Really good map and good song choice, I really want to see this chart to be in the ranked beatmaps list. GL for ranking and hope this help you :)

If I...
00:19:236 (19236|2) - move to col 1 maybe
00:46:386 (46386|0) - move to col 3 or 4
01:02:786 - i think it will be nice if u add 3 note on every snare sound like this(?)
01:17:186 (77186|3) - move to col 1
04:17:986 (257986|1) - change to 1/4LN like other note below
04:24:386 - ^
04:25:986 - ^
04:52:386 - to 04:57:186 - u can change this to 1 note only, quiet sound

great song tbh, good luck >w<

00:19:236 (19236|2) - move to col 1 maybe ok
00:46:386 (46386|0) - move to col 3 or 4 other cols already have enough notes, so keep it will be better
01:02:786 - i think it will be nice if u add 3 note on every snare sound like this(?) 2 and 3 are all good, but I don't want to let the map be too complicated so i used 2, but changing 3 is ok if there's more feedback
01:17:186 (77186|3) - move to col 1 sure
04:17:986 (257986|1) - change to 1/4LN like other note below short LN for the vocal gasping, there isn't the gasping sound
04:24:386 - ^ can't hear the gasping
04:25:986 - ^ ^
04:52:386 - to 04:57:186 - u can change this to 1 note only, quiet sound not sure about that, the sound is piano chord so i think 2 notes fits in, would change it if there's more feedback

Legend is 0|1|2|3

Hard

For the introduction, every pattern go from left to right. I hesitated a lot before making this comment because it could be a great idea since it stricly follows the guitar appergios but in final i think it would be better to alternate with patterns going from right to left sometime.

00:30:024 (30024|2,30024|3) - I was really expected LN here

00:41:586 (41586|2,41986|2,42386|2,42786|2) - Okay this is not really an anchor but still i find it too bad to have the (2) colum occupied so much. I think you should move 00:42:386 (42386|3) to (2) and so the other notes accordingly

00:46:386 (46386|0) - I think it should be at 2, before and after for the same drum moment you always had this single not on the same row of the previous LN, for example :
00:37:986 (37986|1,39986|1)
00:42:386 (42386|3,43186|3)
00:55:186 (55186|3,55986|3)

00:52:786 (52786|1) - Would move it at (2) for the same reasons as above

01:00:786 (60786|3,60786|0) - Maybe just one titey tom is enough here especially if you set the volume at 70%

01:01:386 (61386|1) - Maybe remove it. It feels weird to have a jack chords but then a simple jack at 01:01:586 (61586|3,61786|3)

01:14:586 - What about addind an note here ? Its exactly between 2 musical phrases and could recall what you did at 00:58:386 (58386|0,58586|3)
(But okay that would mean adding same note at 01:27:386 too)

01:33:586 (93586|2) - Maybe move it to (0) to avoid the 4 jacks 01:32:786 (92786|2,93186|2,93586|2,93986|2)

01:46:386 (106386|2) - I think you should try to move it to (1) to still alternate with 01:45:186 (105186|3,105586|1,105986|3) like you did at 01:32:386 (92386|3,92786|1,93186|3,93586|1) for the same guitar event

02:15:186 (135186|2) - Would move it to (1). Most of the time you had those note on the same column of the previous LN (which is nice) except some exceptions where its better to have it somewhere else. But here it would be better to have it on (1) i think

From 02:18:786 to 02:42:386
I think you could make the LN placement more interesting. Why not changing the LN's column every time the guitar change its chords ? That would mean :
From 02:18:786 to 02:21:586 - All LNs are on a same column
From 02:21:986 to 02:24:786 - All LNs are on another column
From 02:25:186 to 02:27:986 - All LNs are on another column
etc
(basically change column every 4 LNs except around the end of this part where the guitar change its chords every 2 measures but i think you got it)

02:18:786 - Maybe add a finish here

02:44:386 - Im surprised there is no finished here o-o maybe you considered the one already in the song is enough

No more HS from that kiai ?

03:07:986 (187986|2) - Maybe move it to (0) to have the jack with the previous chords like you used to did before during the kiai when you could
03:33:586 (213586|1) - Move it to (0) for the same reasons

From 04:26:786 to 04:51:986 - Oh well this time you change the LNs column according to the guitar chords, i guess i didnt have to explain that much before xD

04:39:186 (279186|1,279286|3) - CTRL+G those 2, the trills should always go to the same direction i think

04:42:386 (282386|0,282486|2) - Same remark, either CTRL+G or move 04:42:386 (282386|0) to (3)

05:36:769 (336769|3) - Move it to (2), it feels a bit weird to have this note on the same jacks as 05:37:169 (337169|3,337569|3) while the singing is clearly starting a new phrase.

06:41:069 (401069|0,401169|0) - Nop please, this mini-jacks are true evil :'( (and you didnt use one before so this is really not recommended here)

06:54:769 - I think the end is a bit long for nothing, maybe you can end the map here, just a bit after the volume start decreasing and when the bass & guitar end a melodic part

Clean diff overall, the mapping fits the song well and so is the hitsounding (at least at the beginning). Best of luck if you aim to get this ranked owo)b

Im so late on my mods sorry :c I didnt know that songs from Reol that was a nice discovery.

As i say to everyone, only apply the mod if you 120% agree with me, and dont worry im used to peeps rejecting many parts of my mods because i have a tendency to make many suggestions ahah xD

Hard

For the introduction, every pattern go from left to right. I hesitated a lot before making this comment because it could be a great idea since it stricly follows the guitar appergios but in final i think it would be better to alternate with patterns going from right to left sometime. Yea you're right,
I will make some changes

00:30:024 (30024|2,30024|3) - I was really expected LN here This part with LN I think isn't so suitable even the sounds are long

00:41:586 (41586|2,41986|2,42386|2,42786|2) - Okay this is not really an anchor but still i find it too bad to have the (2) colum occupied so much. I think you should move 00:42:386 (42386|3) to (2) and so the other notes accordingly Will do it

00:46:386 (46386|0) - I think it should be at 2, before and after for the same drum moment you always had this single not on the same row of the previous LN, for example :
00:37:986 (37986|1,39986|1)
00:42:386 (42386|3,43186|3)
00:55:186 (55186|3,55986|3) Adjusted

00:52:786 (52786|1) - Would move it at (2) for the same reasons as above Ok

01:00:786 (60786|3,60786|0) - Maybe just one titey tom is enough here especially if you set the volume at 70% Ok removed one tom

01:01:386 (61386|1) - Maybe remove it. It feels weird to have a jack chords but then a simple jack at 01:01:586 (61586|3,61786|3) I'll remove the note in col 0

01:14:586 - What about addind an note here ? Its exactly between 2 musical phrases and could recall what you did at 00:58:386 (58386|0,58586|3)
(But okay that would mean adding same note at 01:27:386 too) I can't get that note there, there isn't any instrument and it's weird when you map vocal in this part

01:33:586 (93586|2) - Maybe move it to (0) to avoid the 4 jacks 01:32:786 (92786|2,93186|2,93586|2,93986|2) consider this one,
because there are already jacks in col 0

01:46:386 (106386|2) - I think you should try to move it to (1) to still alternate with 01:45:186 (105186|3,105586|1,105986|3) like you did at 01:32:386 (92386|3,92786|1,93186|3,93586|1) for the same guitar event Ok

02:15:186 (135186|2) - Would move it to (1). Most of the time you had those note on the same column of the previous LN (which is nice) except some exceptions where its better to have it somewhere else. But here it would be better to have it on (1) i think Sure

From 02:25:186 to 02:27:986 - All LNs are on another column
etc The chord changes every 2 times if you can hear a bit more carefully
(basically change column every 4 LNs except around the end of this part where the guitar change its chords every 2 measures but i think you got it)

02:18:786 - Maybe add a finish here Sure

02:44:386 - Im surprised there is no finished here o-o maybe you considered the one already in the song is enough My HS stopped in this part, because I had no mood to do it...

No more HS from that kiai ?

03:07:986 (187986|2) - Maybe move it to (0) to have the jack with the previous chords like you used to did before during the kiai when you could Alright
03:33:586 (213586|1) - Move it to (0) for the same reasons Ok

From 04:26:786 to 04:51:986 - Oh well this time you change the LNs column according to the guitar chords, i guess i didnt have to explain that much before xD Both parts are same I think, maybe I just did some mistakes in the first part

04:39:186 (279186|1,279286|3) - CTRL+G those 2, the trills should always go to the same direction i think Adjusted

04:42:386 (282386|0,282486|2) - Same remark, either CTRL+G or move 04:42:386 (282386|0) to (3) moved to 3

05:36:769 (336769|3) - Move it to (2), it feels a bit weird to have this note on the same jacks as 05:37:169 (337169|3,337569|3) while the singing is clearly starting a new phrase. Gotta reject this one, don't feel the jack gets better...

06:41:069 (401069|0,401169|0) - Nop please, this mini-jacks are true evil :'( (and you didnt use one before so this is really not recommended here) This is the only part that has crash, but I can delete it if feels bad

06:54:769 - I think the end is a bit long for nothing, maybe you can end the map here, just a bit after the volume start decreasing and when the bass & guitar end a melodic part I'll consider shorten this part, but I'll keep it for complete

Clean diff overall, the mapping fits the song well and so is the hitsounding (at least at the beginning). Best of luck if you aim to get this ranked owo)b

Warning:
I did guitar based on midi converted from this sheet: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9DSxoClZbJJX0I0T1ZEeHVDQnM/view using musescore.
Both pdf and midi is in the zipped folder. I think there's a problem with conversion, its only somewhat accurate.

I might have corrected it wrong since I'm pitch deaf and can't read music sheet.
There's enough guitar sounds in the folder if you can read the sheet and add more guitar to the complicated parts where I couldn't keysound.

If you want to try a different kind of guitar, feel free to use my automap-chan to make guitar keysound.

um hello,

Maybe you should add a note on these lines? 00:39:386 - 00:40:986 - 00:42:586 - 00:44:186 - 00:45:786 - 00:47:386 - 00:48:986 - 00:50:586 - 00:52:186 - 00:53:786 - 00:55:386 - 00:56:986 -

07:01:969 - you can adjust the note volume here

Congratz there are no general problems with this map. My suggestion is you can place more notes according to the main melody no just the beat so that it will have more variety and fun. Anyways, good luck to rank!

This is my first 4K map that I have taken seriously, maybe it's a bit bored to compare with some high bpm map, but I think there is nothing much that I can change, this song is just solid :o

[keysound]
01:01:986 (61986|0,68386|0,74786|0,81186|0) - G#1

01:32:386 (92386|3,93186|3) - Whew boi, going minor here. Need to raise the pitch by a half step to make the chord major, so G#3, except that sample doesnt exist so poke DH to get it
01:45:186 (105186|3,105986|3) - ^

01:38:786 (98786|3,99186|2,99586|1) - Bit dissonant here cause half step differences! Respectively should be G#3, F#3, and E3
01:39:986 (99986|2) - F#3

01:51:586 (111586|3) - G#3

01:53:186 (113186|2,113586|0,113986|1,114386|2,114786|3) - Well this has taken a dark turn lol. Respectively, should be G#1, B1, E1, B2

01:54:786 (114786|3) - A1

01:55:186 (115186|0,115586|1) - B1

01:55:986 (115986|2) - E2

01:56:786 (116786|0,117186|1,117586|2) - B2, E2, B2

01:57:986 (117986|3,118386|0,118786|1,119186|2) - The dissonance be real fam. 01:57:986 (117986|3) - Should be C#2, 01:58:386 (118386|0,119186|2) - are B2, 01:58:786 (118786|1) - E3

01:59:586 (119586|3,119986|0,120386|1,120786|2) - G#, B, E, B respectively (no longer putting the octaves because Im too lazy)

02:01:586 (121586|0,121986|1,122386|2) - B, E, B
02:03:186 (123186|0,123586|1,123986|2) - ^
02:04:786 (124786|0,125186|1,125586|2) - ^
02:04:786 (124786|0,125186|1,125586|2) - ^
02:11:186 (131186|0,131586|1,131986|2) - ^ Honestly, all the notes on the left columns should be this, but the C# F# E dont sound too bad. If you want it to be 100% accurate though, everything should be B E B

02:04:386 (124386|3) - C#
02:10:786 (130786|3) - ^
02:06:386 (126386|0) - ^

02:05:986 (125986|3) - G#

02:47:586 - 02:48:386 - Add F# here to complete the chord (D minor)
02:53:986 - 02:54:786 - ^
03:06:786 - 03:07:586 - ^

02:49:186 - Think it was here? I made a change here and dont remember, but I think you need a G# here too.
02:49:186 (169186|2) - Replace with E

02:56:386 (176386|1,176386|0,176386|2) - Copy this chord down to 02:55:586 -
03:01:986 - ^
03:08:386 - ^

03:09:986 - Rip keysounds here. The way it goes is like this:
03:09:986 - 03:10:786 - 03:11:586 - 03:12:386 - D Major chord, so D, F#, A
03:10:386 - 03:11:186 - 03:11:986 - 03:12:786 - F# on the upbeats
Followed by
03:13:186 - 03:13:986 - 03:14:786 - 03:15:586 - A Major, so A, C#, E
03:13:586 - 03:14:386 - 03:15:186 - 03:15:986 - E
and it repeats in the following phrase, but does change at 03:21:986 - . I dunno if you wanna keysound this section or not, so I wont bother transcribing the sheet here, but poke me if you do.

03:35:586 (215586|4,221986|0,228386|0,234786|0,241186|0,247586|0,253986|0,260386|0) - G#

04:58:786 - Holy shit, calm down there a bit and realize that there's a k e y s i g c h a n g e into four flats (it used to be four sharps) so now instead of F#, C#, G#, D#, you have Bb, Eb, Ab, Db. The placements are fine, you just have to change their key sig and it'll be perfect.

The majority of the problem comes from the fact that you guys didn't pay attention to the key signature, especially when it changed from E major (four sharps) to Ab Major (four flats)

Thank you ConeRainbowSheepy :) :) all applied and fixed, except G#3 and some missing rising tones, I'll fix the rest asap
