Columns: 1/2/3/4

PR = Pitch Relevance = basically about rearranging notes to make it sound and feel appropriate with the pitch.
PV = Pattern Variety = requiring another set of pattern to avoid repeating patterns, or a pattern needs to be worked on to make it more appropriate to the sound playing.
Aesthetics = rearranging notes to make it look more appealing, and make it look more appropriate with the song.

Difficulty = a suggestion that may make the map harder or easier to play. It also may mean a weird difficulty spike in a part of the song.
Balance = basically to "balance a part in a song". It's mostly proper note distribution.
Comfortability = basically to make a pattern or part more comfortable to play.
SV = a mod about SVs (not really a SV pro but yeah lol)

(PR) 00:01:359 (1359|0,1525|1,1691|2) - I would really prefer it for the pattern to be reversed to follow the vocal's lowering pitch. Below is my own solution (feel free to follow it or improvise another one, if you do accept the suggestion.):

00:03:017 (3017|2) - move to col. 1

(PR) 00:04:840 (4840|3,5171|2) - ctrl+j these two to make it more relevant to pitch.

(Aesthetics, PV) 00:07:989 - I think these should be 1/8 and I also think you're avoiding 1/8s, so to make up for the lost difficulty, I'd suggest to make a short trill in col. 2 and 3. A stair pattern especially with the same direction as the next few notes seems like a sound will repeat, but in this case it didn't.

(Consistency, Difficulty, Aesthetics) 00:17:437 - tbh I don't really see any reason to prevent a triple here, unless you're makinng it balanced for 00:17:934 - . For consistency, I suggest to add a note here and move 00:17:934 (17934|1) - to col. 4 (looks clean imo loool)

(Consistency?) 00:28:210 - add a note for vocals? I'm not really sure with these since there are other places like 00:25:227 - that might require a note for the vocals, but at the same time there are places like 00:19:923 - where you made it empty since there's no vocal present. hmmm to add, if you're focusing on the instruments, shouldn't there be notes at 00:22:906 - for the guitar?

(PV, Aesthetics) 00:24:398 - 00:28:707 - these notes look the same with 00:19:094 - 00:23:735 - . I recommend to rearrange it a bit to make it unrepetitive.

(Aesthetics) 00:39:149 - imo I would make this have the exact note structure as 00:38:818 - to portray the similarity in pitch, and then move 00:39:481 (39481|1) - to col. 3 to portray the different pitch played between the other two. You may also contemplate about this suggestion to these places:
00:40:475 - with 00:40:310 -
00:42:961 - with 00:43:127 -

(Comfortability?, Balance) 01:03:182 (63182|1) - I think you might be doing a stacking pattern on this part, but if you want you can move this to col. 3 for balance and comfortability (blaance in both note distribution and jack distribution)

General Mod:

(PV) There are quite a lot of one hand doubles ([1][2],[3][4]), so I suggest to rearrange others into [2][4]s, [1][3]s, etc... It will definitely affect comfortability so think carefully of what doubles you would rearrange.

(SV) There are some parts that you can insert SVs in (I'm not an SV expert but there are parts in the map that players will expect an SV will pop up, like 00:57:216 - where you can insert a gradually decreasing SV here and in 01:01:359 - where you can make a jump here, and especially at 01:02:188 - .
