First impressions:
Unskinned game modes look off.
No Slider Follow Circle
Slider Ball is too thin for my liking
I don't like how spinner and key overlay are static
Section Pass/Fail don't have a sound
Reverse arrow is very similar to hitbursts
No Slider ticks, even if there are sounds for them
300s are blank in ranking screen
Song buttons don't have border
One combo color only
Scorebar doesn't have a 100% indicator
hitbursts are too small for my liking
I really like the shattering glass combo break sound tho xD
The mixture of amber and crystal blue really give out the steampunk theme, which I quite like

First of all, good job. This skin manages to be good looking and clean while maintaining playability. I can feel creativity overflowing from the skinner.
But looking closer, there are several tiny problems
Don't get discouraged, these problems doesn't make the skin bad. In fact, now I'm feeling like I want to make a skin with you.
EDIT: I think you can fix the first problem by removing the black from gradient, just yellow to transparent gradient.

- The selection-options.png seems to not work for my resolution, it covers half of the osu! cookie at the bottom right of my song selection screen.
- Why no spinner approach circle? ;-;
The spinner itself looks breathtakingly good, though.

Holy cheese-its this skin just helped me finish the beatmap that I was struggling with, thx 4 the skin m8

This skin is gorgeous, one of the best I've actually ever seen, the only gripe i have in this skin, is the mode selection thing, if you make mode-osu-small an empty pixel you can get rid of that little dot where your mode is on song select screen. But other than that I really really love this skin great job

Been meaning to get back into playing it, but in the mean time... this skin has aged well. Still really enjoy using it

It's been years since you first posted this, but I just wanted to say I adore this skin's hitsounding. It has one of the more pleasant hitsounds I've come across, seriously. The glass shattering hitsound for combo breaks? *chef's kiss* I love the overall aesthetic too. Really well-done IMO. I've been using this for over a year and I haven't switched back since
