Tried your map. I like it. Especially the spaced streams with triples.

Short mod:
Combo should be reset every beat or two. I should not expect the number to go beyond 8, 16 if only streams.
00:41:322 (13,14,15) - don't think this really goes well with the music. The time placing is fine, just the up and down seems awkward.
00:45:607 (1) - beat at 46.293. Maybe add a circle overlap there by shortening duration of spinner and place the circle on top of next stream's first note 00:46:464 (1) -
Need general cleanup of the slider shapes (the short ones). Just make sure the cursor doesn't need to abruptly change its angle when you don't intend it. Example: 00:47:836 (10) - curvature does not fit with expected cursor movement. 00:50:407 (4) - curvature fits the cursor movement well.

Thanks for your feedback! I will try to incorporate the feedback, as well as possible. Though it might take some time with the cleanup of the sliders, but I get the point :P
