Can someone slow down a beatmap for me?

I'd like a 50% speed version of this map, or if anyone knows how I can make it myself?

I know you can download a certain tool, but it doesn't work on my computer

This topic exists, though it's no longer supported these days. Perhaps this is the tool you're thinking of and doesn't work, though.

Alternatively, and probably better, is to try out McOsu's mods so you don't need to create an independent map yourself. McOsu has a speed changer mod that you're free to use for practice.
