A little over a year ago my parents threw out my desk while I was at school, I've spent a whole year playing on my brother's bed (It feels better than mine) and now I've gotten a new desk and It feels horrible playing, I can barely move my wrist so jumps are a nightmare. (I do like 80% worse on a desk now).

wat do.

go back to the bed or get used to it. you could also try some pillows or something

It's a pain going back and fourth.

I'd stick to the table if I were you, just try to get used to it.

or keep playing in bed

Your just not used to the posture while playing. Tbh, I cant imagine how horrible your psoture was while playing on the bed. Just give it another chance.

Happened to me too, had to play in my bed since i didn't had a desk. The change is hard at the start but trust me, it'll be worth it once you're used to.
You said that was horrible, but that can come from the desk or the chair (for me, if the chair is too low compared to the desk, it's unplayable and can be painful) so you should check if it's the problem.
