Terminated Protocol[HD] 난이도 뒷부분이 별의 난이도에 비해서 살짝 체감이 높은감이 있습니다.

You may want to consider decreasing the HP drain for the Normal by 0.5 if others comment on it as well.
Hard and Insane have less HP than normal? Consider including tags to help users search for the map. Include the genre of music and any other significant things that could be used to identify your map.
Consider adding a difficulty between the normal and hard difficulty if the song allows for it, a low hard difficulty around 2.5-2.8* would be nice for newer players. Your difficulty spread doesn't go against the ranking criteria, it'd just be a nice addition. Do whatever you feel is best.
Remove the countdown from difficulties that have it. Countdowns aren't for osu!mania.
Your source field isn't the same for all the difficulties, make sure the metadata is the same across the difficulties.
Don't forget to increase and decrease the hitsound volume in the timing panel under the audio tab based on the mood and volume of the music. For example, the beginning of the map should be quieter than at 00:41:380 - . Use green (inherited) timing sections to change the volume. Make sure your uninherited timing sections you add for this purpose are snapped as well. Volume at 02:24:606 - should also be lower.
Nearly all the objects in your hard difficulty aren't snapped. Run AI mod to see more on this problem. Press CTRL+SHIFT+A to run AIMod.
In the Hard difficulty you should probably place a note somewhere at 00:33:074 - , since similar sounds are mapped earlier while this one is ignored.
In the Easy difficulty the LN at 01:22:590 (82590|2) - is a higher pitch than the LN at 01:24:042 (84042|3) - , you should probably move around the LNs to reflect this.

suggestion maybe in insane diff
01:12:268 (72268|3) - this point onward to 01:17:268 (77268|3) - kinda late by 1/2 beat. I erased the 1/2 region then shift all the notes after it down and kinda like it more. Also, repositioned the LNs to this shape and it matches the music better.

So... overall looks would be like this

01:29:445 (89445|1) - pattern remap. thinking of this pattern so it doesn't feel bland

The rest pattern after 01:33:155 (93155|0) - can also be improved with similar ascending-descending pattern

Overall, it's a great and enjoyable map :D

Only thing i would say is That the patterns for the Hard diffs are i think a bit complex for the Star level, but that's just a personnal opinion.
