This is my first map, it was a bit difficult to make for me, it probably isn't very good. I'd appreciate any feedback as I'd really like to become great at mapping!

2/5/17:
Update 1: Changed most of the triplet accompaniment sounds to sliders and individual notes on Insane.
Update 2: Radically changed the layout of the first minute in Insane to accomodate pauses, altered snapping for Normal.
2/8/17:
Finished hitsounding Insane diff, completed hard diff (no AIMod errors!!), started normal diff.
2/13/17: Altered title and tags, changed Insane difficulty to qualify to be an Insane difficulty.

Normal:
00:50:975 Maybe a delete slider?
Insane: Why a few sliders?

Timing and offset is good

Where a source? Make a this

I know the opening is really strange, I'll edit that in a few hours. The back-and-forth notes and the stacked notes don't really make sense. I'll try to add in some sliders too.

From my q~

[General]
  1. It's TV size so you'll need more diffs. An easy and hard would make this a complete set.
  2. Tags?
  3. Not super important this early on but you need to hitsound it before you can rank it.
  4. Need to set a preview point as well.
[Normal]
  1. Add kiai section.
  2. The hitsounds way overpower the rest of the song so turn them down (to 20%?) (you can change this if/when you do the hitsounds for this map)
  3. This diff also has a lot of distance snap errors (Check AiMod) so I'll refrain from mentioning those errors unless it's really big.

    ---That being said---

  4. 00:06:898 (3,1) - Bring 1 out from under 3.
  5. 00:11:052 (2,1) - Blanket.
  6. 00:11:744 (1,2) - Bring 2 out more so it looks similar to 00:09:437 (2,3) - .
  7. 00:12:898 (3,4,5,6) - DS.
  8. 00:22:821 (1) - It's a normal difficulty so you want to refrain from changing slider velocity.
  9. 00:25:590 (1) - ^
  10. 00:26:743 (3,4) - Stack like this.
  11. 00:28:360 (1,2) - Space these out a bit more since there's a slight pause in the music. It will represent that better.
  12. 00:31:821 (1,2) - Blanket.
  13. 00:34:590 (2) - Bring out from under 00:33:898 (1) - .
  14. 00:36:668 (7,8) - Stack the same as I mentioned earlier.
  15. 00:39:436 (2,3) - Bring out.
  16. 00:40:821 (5,6,7) - This would be better as a slider? Having a 4 stack for that seems kind of overkill.
  17. 00:43:129 (2) - Instead of a long repeat slider why not 2 notes and a shorter slider? Something like this?
  18. 00:44:513 (3) - Start a new combo here and make 00:44:513 (3,4,1,2,3,4) - one combo.
  19. 00:47:283 (5,6,1,2) - ^
  20. 00:49:821 (3,4) - Use a slider to connect these 2 beats instead of 2 single notes.
  21. 00:55:590 (2,3,1) - Stack these better.
  22. 00:58:128 (1,2,3) - DS and you don't want to start these under where 00:56:744 (2) - is. It's confusing for newer players who will mostly play this diff.
  23. 01:01:590 (1) - This spinner is way too short. Either delete it and add notes or make it similar in length to the spinner before.
  24. 01:08:513 (1,1,2,3,4) - Slider velocity and make one combo.
  25. 01:11:282 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Make spacing consistent.
  26. 01:15:666 (6,7,8) - Same sort of thing with the 4 stack I previously mentioned.
  27. 01:18:204 (5,6) - Don't make 6 such a tight turn so you can blanket 5 better.
  28. 01:19:589 (1,2,3) - Don't put this under the slider end.

A lot of problems on this diff stem from the distance snap errors previously mentioned. Once you fix those this diff will be a lot better.
[Insane]
  1. Need a kiai section.
  2. There's also a few unsnapped objects. Just use AiMod to check those
  3. 00:14:052 (5) - Since you're following the vocals... there isn't any vocals here so just have 00:14:282 (6,7) - .
  4. 00:15:206 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - Make the spacing of these triples consistent.
  5. 00:20:744 (5,6,1,2,3) - This little overlap part is confusing to read. If you start 00:21:436 (1) - where 00:20:744 (5) - ends and it should be fine.
  6. 00:26:975 (4,5) - : )))))))
  7. 00:29:052 (3,4,5) - This does not flow well. The player will be thinking that the pattern will be similar to 00:28:359 (1,2) - so snapping from the end of 3 to where 4 is now will throw them off. I would change it to match 00:28:359 (1,2) - .
  8. 00:30:436 (7,8) - ctrl + g these since a back and forth movement is more natural than what is there now.
  9. 00:33:898 (1,2) - On second thought maybe it's just your style lol. I'd still change tho.
  10. 00:36:206 (5) - Start a new combo and start this pattern after where 00:35:283 (4) - end instead of having it under the slider body.
  11. 00:41:744 (8) - New combo and move a bit farther away from 00:41:282 (7) - to emphasize the pause in vocals.
  12. 00:47:744 (1,2,3,4) - ;-;
  13. 00:50:513 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Nothing wrong I just wanted to say that I really liked this part :D
  14. 00:56:744 (2,3) - Blanket?
  15. 00:57:436 (4,6) - New combo.
  16. 00:58:821 (9) - Move so the slider head is close to 00:58:590 (8) - and adjust 00:59:513 (10,11,12) - accordingly.
  17. 01:01:590 (1) - Make spinner longer like in the normal diff.
  18. 01:11:282 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - Make the spacing between these the same.
  19. 01:26:511 (3,4,5,6,7,8) - Make a spinner?
Sorry if this was a lot but this is a great start and has a lot of potential. Also make sure to give kudosu if you found something helpful. The guy above me had some good points but he didn't get any (unless he specifically didn't ask for any then just ignore this). Feel free to PM me in game if you have any questions and/or want me to look at it again after you work on it some more!

Good luck ;D

I'll definitely let you know! Thank you for your feedback, it is really helpful!! I just thoroughly reworked the beginning of the insane difficulty, things are already looking so much better. Thanks again. :D

I'm still working on this difficulty, I think by the time it is finished it will be around 3.8. Thank you for the Katakana characters, I will change those!

Hi. How are you 7u7

I wanted to tell you that the bpm of your map are wrong, they are not 130. The correct ones are 87. therefore you should remake all the difficulties.
For higher quality you should look for an audio with greater volume.

Well this will serve you a lot. I look forward to the change. Then do not forget Publish your map in #Modreqs. I am one of your mods when you finish your map again, I will be aware of everything ;) ;)

See you later 7u7
