I can see why you posted your beatmap in the timing thread: the offbeat guitar at 02:15:989 -. Trust me, the BPM and offset sound perfect to me, so there's no need to change those. Some songs will just have offbeat melodies/rhythms for the sake of adding flavor to them. No need to worry; just make sure your beatmap makes synchronizing sense with the song at that point.
EDIT: Realized that this is one of those emotional songs. Typically, emotional songs have slow BPMs, so maybe halving the BPM of the map to 85 with a doubled slider velocity of 1.60 would make the metronome ticking have more essence with the song. This is just a suggestion, though. It's your choice whether to accept this suggestion, and if you do accept it, now would be the better post for a Kudosu.
