A kind note for you:

At least try to improve the pattern with your suggestions instead of writing "This can be improved". Because at this point mapper already think it's the best so your mod is going to be ignored unless you're giving a pattern suggestion.
In mapping mania, it's all about consistency of notes you're providing on your map. As an example, a map can use Triple for Hats, Double for Snare, and Single for kick. But note that you need to think is it appropriate or not.
Also you need to pay attention to what the mapper is trying to follow. In different sections, they can follow a different set of instruments for a variative pattern.
Instead of using PDF to list your suggestions and typing all the timesigs all the way across a map, you can just Copy timesig directly from Editor and Paste it wherever you want and you can use puu.sh for screencapturing sections you want to snip (It works like Snipping tool but it's upload to web instead for your convenience on using [img] BBCode). Using pdf isn't wrong, but it'd render it exponentially harder in applying mods rather than writing the mods.

your hitwhistle sample is hat and in music W put on the drum sound as in 00:18:221 - 00:18:346 - 00:18:596 - if you interest, you can use this sample https://puu.sh/AdPyz/5e73c9dc6c.wav basically its a drum | and also no hitclap in the folder, even though it can be applied to the sound of snare music as in 00:19:221 - and 00:20:221 - and your hitnormal is bell sample
