Couple of options for you
1. Get used to it (Cheapest option)
2. Buy a large sticker for it, there are quite a few options on this. There was some guy who was selling custom stickers, but I don't know too much more than that.
3.Buy a
protective sheet for it (Never used this because I don't care about my tablet surface, so not too sure how well this would actually work)
4. My favorite option that is not number 1: Buy a thin sheet of
polycarbonate and cut it to size. Then remove the protective covers and tape it to the top of your tablet. The nibs have very little friction on the surface as it is plastic on smooth plastic.
Overall though, I would suggest that you just play and get used to it.
