Mp3 quality is over 192kbps.
Suggest raise Another's HP/OD from 8.2 to 8.5. For the difficulty gap between Hyper and Another.
Turn off widescreen support in Hyper and Normal
soft-hitnormal.wav has delay more than 5ms

00:22:674 - So i'm thinking, instead of following every 1/2 bell sounds in this section, how about delete 00:23:991 - and 00:25:747 - those two notes just to emphasize the finish sound that's after. (I tried and it plays really nice, plus it might reduce the overall difficulty)
