[General]

- From the image you can see that the hit circle have a jagged side on it and it doesn't look so good. This happens cause the hit circle size is bigger then the hit circle overlay thus making the edge of the hit circle is visible. Try to re-size the hit circle to a smaller size then the overlay.
- some of the combo bursts are bad (comboburst-0 & 3) cause part of the image got cropped, maybe you can find another image to use?

Maybe use another name for the diff? Tails has nothing to do with Guilty Gear :o
00:40:930 (1) - the spinner is too long it's not very fun compare to the previous intense part. I highly suggest to end this spinner on 00:41:702 according to the guitar or you can use an iNiS break by remove the spinner then start the break at 00:41:702.
In case you don't know about iNiS break
here's what I mean http://puu.sh/3bn4. To do this just move your cursor to the edge of the break the you can extend/shorten it as you like
04:05:496 (1,1) - the ending is too cruel. I suggest to remove 04:06:488 (1) or shorten the spinner by 1/4

[LKs]

Love the hitsound usage, it's awesome but the spacing is confusing sometimes. Some of them are:
00:15:456 (4,1) - it's predictable cause of the music so I guess this is fine
00:56:810 (4,1) - why not use the same spacing as 00:56:700 (3,4) ?
When it's stick closely to the music it's quite predictable but if it's not, then it's downright unexpected :o
00:39:000 (2) - move this to 00:38:890 then remove 1 repeat. the gap between 1 and 2 doesn't sound right
00:39:331 (1) - move this too 00:39:166 if you do the above pattern then shorten it by 1/4
00:40:820 (x) - add a circle here?
00:41:151 (x) - ^
00:41:371 (B) - same break comment as above
01:31:768 (1) - remove NC
01:35:076 (1,2,1,2) - don't really like the trap here. Maybe make it into the same combo set to 01:34:966 (2)

00:28:469 (1) - the whistle-whistle pattern stop are gone from here on. It's a great pattern so why stop there?
00:38:669 (1) - for this one I suggest using 2 spinners. The 1st spinner start from 00:39:055 to 00:40:379 and the 2nd one start from 00:40:820 to 00:41:702. Maybe add a circle in 00:40:599 if you don't like the gap between the 2 spinner
01:01:552 (1) - flow better if you unstack this note
03:38:588 (4) - whoops the repeat is covered by the hitburst of 03:37:926 (4). Try moving the repeat to the side and maybe make it diagonal

That's all from me, being inactive from modding for 4 months have made me dull.
For the other 2 diff try using normal clap more, look at how LKs use the clap, it sounds very great and fit the song.

  1. The background is too much colorful which makes the gameplay much harder, at least for me. I'd suggest to reduce the brightness of image (or change it to more calm one).

I checked the folder,and there're some issues:

First of all,combobursts are a bit too wide.
388 pixels width would be much better.

And the other thing is BG.
As it was used in the storyboard,it should obey 800 x 600 size rules for storyboarding.

Otherwise seems fine.

00:51:406 (1,2,3,4,5) - Spacing is wrong. Distance between (1) & (2) and (2) & (3) shouldn't be equal. (You're right~)
02:07:498 (4,5) - It's so confusing and plays really bad. Add a note between them. (I hope this way is right)
03:53:806 (2) - Object is almost totally hidden by the slidertrack.It seems readable,but not it sure if it's allowed. (It can be intuitive to hit IMO)
