12 STAR PRIORITY

(i need some taiko mods, thanks- would also like a little more standard mods thanks)

Okay, I'm here for M4M.

[General]

  1. A JPG type of image would save the filesize for this beatmap more. Consider converting it into a JPG file.
  2. Similarly to how we capitalize a title, a difficulty name should also be capitalized.
  3. Please try listening to the beat at 00:07:791 - which is obviously off. Try 85.4 BPM, and try listening to it again whether it's solved. Also, the first timing point shouldn't be put at offset 83, but at 2886 as the main music starts there.

[affection]

  1. 00:05:689 (1,2,3) - Not sure on how you spaced these, according to how you emphasized things before at 00:04:287 (3,4,5) - which has 00:04:287 (3,4) - spaced evenly and the clap at 00:04:988 (5) - spaced more for emphasis. So the one at 00:07:090 (3) - should've been spaced less for consistency.
  2. 00:09:194 (2,3) - Pretty much the same as above.
  3. 00:13:753 (6,7,1) - Actually, this jumps felt a bit tricky, as you can see that the visual spacing at 00:13:753 (6,7,1) - is similar to 00:13:753 (6,7) - .
  4. 00:17:259 (1) - An overmap, there's no sound on the current red tick. Consider deleting that note.
  5. 00:26:377 (3,4,5,6) - I don't think that this repeat action represents or reflects anything from the music itself as there's no repeating music. So it's pretty questionable to do this.
  6. 00:34:824 (2,3,4) - I think these notes should be spaced evenly for consistency.
  7. 00:35:876 (5) - Same problem, about emphasis.
  8. 00:36:577 (1,3,1,3) - The rhythm density got less dense here without any reason, and also without any actual song changes which is questionable to me. Since you mapped 1/2s and 1/4s from the beginning. Consider changing that for rhythm consistency.
  9. 00:01:834 - Players won't notice that there's an instrument playing here since it's so small in volume. You may delete this note.

[basic]

  1. 00:41:473 (3,1) - Putting a spinner at the end of the slider is unrankable, please move the spinner forward by 1/2.
  2. 00:00:783 (1,2) - Shouldn't be mapped considering the low in volume sound.

You can call me if you have any question :3 GL!

will respond completely in a bit- just going to placeholder response to one of your points:

William K wrote:

The title is actually correct, and the way the difficulties are not capitalized is perfectly fine-

examples:

https://osu.ppy.sh/s/546432
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/484282
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/565926
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/571525
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/533343
https://osu.ppy.sh/s/560610

etc etc.

I don't understand your point here, as this is neither unrankable nor is it a huge deal. if you could be more specific that would be beneficial

  2. Similarly to how we capitalize a title, a difficulty name should also be capitalized. Refer to the post before.
  3. Please try listening to the beat at 00:07:791 - which is obviously off. Try 85.4 BPM, and try listening to it again whether it's solved. Also, the first timing point shouldn't be put at offset 83, but at 2886 as the main music starts there. BPM changes are fine, offset changes are not. Things like spinners are snapped before to song gains intensity, but the beat is still there.

[basic]

  1. 00:41:473 (3,1) - Putting a spinner at the end of the slider is unrankable, please move the spinner forward by 1/2. Forgot to update the map with the fix to that. Fixed
  2. 00:00:783 (1,2) - Shouldn't be mapped considering the low in volume sound. ok

NOPE!

Hello, taiko mod request via my queue.

[General]
The timing is wrong starting from 00:08:493 - here to 00:30:936 - here. I am not good on timing so I think you should see some expert about it. Plus, speaking for taiko I think futsuu is enough because muzukashii is too much for this song? I don't know if it's a song tho cuz I was a little asleep and it helped too :')

[nifty's Muzukashii]
3.60 SV is way too much for this very calm music. Please decrease it to 2.80 at least. There are so many unsnapped inherited points plus uninherited points (a.k.a timing points) conflict with other diffs. Please fix it as well.

You can use normal sounds instead of soft sounds, because there are strong bass sounds that support a normal don sound.

Above that, I can't say too much about the patterns, because it's overmapped and I wasn't comfortable playing this diff.

[futsuu]

I suggest using 2.40 SV for this diff. If you apply this, don't forget to adjust slider lengths (although I don't recommend using them). I also suggest usage of normal hitsounds here as well.

00:02:893 (4,5) - Ctrl + g? The don sound will support the bass sound.

00:11:999 (19) - I think you need to delete this slider and replace it with a don.

00:23:221 (39) - Kat? It will fit the snare sound.

00:28:831 (49) - Mentioned in 00:11:999

00:34:442 (59) - ^

00:42:525 (1) - Move this spinner to 00:42:525 - here and reduce the length of it to 00:44:981 - here.

[labyr's kantan]

2.40 SV will be good for this diff.

00:26:026 (22) - How about deleting this one? It will create a break after the finisher.

Good luck :)

nice suggestion, but I use the same pattern from 00:08:503 - ~. no change.

hi ho
Basic
unused timing points
00:05:345 - 00:05:696 - 00:13:766 - 00:14:117 - 00:19:380 - 00:19:731 - 00:24:994 - 00:25:345 - 00:27:801 - 00:28:152 - 00:36:222 - 00:36:573 -

00:04:292 (4,5,6) - you can actually arrange them linearly and reblanket afterwards, in case you really want to apply simplicity at first place to this diff. by move the slider to x448 y104
00:16:924 (5) - quite sure this fit better https://puu.sh/xBVSE/ef743fd46e.png
00:22:187 (4,5) - blanket potential
00:30:959 (2) - if you manage to make it as an angle then properly pply it, the current one looks just like the curved ~ slider with ugly appearance lol https://puu.sh/xBVXg/1d68d9309a.png
00:39:380 (4,5) - you know
00:42:187 - since the vocal is not suddenly dissapear but instead fading out, this quite worth to click imo. add circle or just add reverse on the last slider

Tom Cruise on Mission Impossible's Intermediate
00:05:696 (1,2,3) - me personally not really reccomend to use this kind of pattern due the oddness, but if you manage to, at least make the blanket pretier for both of it so at least it could distract from the fact of 00:03:591 (2,3) - roughly overlapped
00:08:503 (1,2,3) - i want to know what you personally think about this flow
00:14:819 (2) - slightly move down to give proper distace to (3) body
00:15:520 (3,4) - you can just blanket it for sure
00:22:362 - you emph this lowbeat for reason but instead leave this 00:24:994 - consistant beat blank
00:26:748 (3) - move a bit further to top like 4 grid and rearrange the shadowing slider
00:27:801 (4,1) - you know what i will say
00:27:801 (4,2) - ugly overlap
00:32:362 (3,4) - again stuff
00:37:275 (2,1) - quite sure this what you looking for https://puu.sh/xBWpo/7092cf9e44.png
00:40:783 (2,1) - and another one

Lonesome's Intermediate
00:00:784 - hello, the start was here
00:24:292 (3,1) - you can do it
00:30:959 (1) - due the way you connecting this kind of sliders earlier, this supposed to be around x292 y212
00:36:573 (1) - this shape will emph better due it hit the beat at 00:36:573 (1) - and naturalized the change at 00:39:029 - https://puu.sh/xBWHf/bdbd9783cb.png yup you can also mirror it later on for next one
00:42:187 (1) - give proper distance from the last object

Im gonna be the very best like no one ever does's advance
00:10:959 (5) - this was meant for reversed i believe
00:11:836 - you can add note here essentially since you start the map with smth like 00:02:713 (2,1) -
00:19:029 (5,6,1,2) - not quite sute its the no space problem or smth else, but try to make it at least looks pretty
00:21:134 (3,6) - just stack em
00:24:994 (6,7,1) - preferable to make it straight flow https://puu.sh/xBWUl/7984d46b8f.png
00:32:713 (4) - x148 y220 to make wider movement from (2) angle

the last one
i need to put glasses on to see the circle tbh
00:02:538 (2,3,4,5) - you can actually make it linearing by make 1/2 slider for (3) then convert it to notes like https://puu.sh/xBX1S/04c9d76759.png
00:04:994 (3) - ctrl+g for circular
00:16:924 (1,2) - just blanket em and it will automaically continue the r-clockwise circular
00:29:555 (2) - ctrl+j and replace to where it was, feel more natureal
00:33:064 (3) - use upcurve insread so it indicated the later climbing pattern
00:42:187 - since it was the last diff close this with another trip which make the spinner start at 00:42:713 -
Rizen
General
  1. Offset should be at 82. You currently have the snare drums snapped to the large white ticks, which is incorrect. beats and vocal resets like 00:02:889 - should be on the large white tick. You should also fix your comboing once this is applied
  2. Your custom combo colours are too similar. makes it very hard to distinguish different combos. I suggest reselecting them but with a wider variety of colours
  3. inconsistent tags (in Ethan's diff). In addition, don't need "tomppabeats" in tags as it's already in the Artist field. "short drain low bpm taiko" are probably not needed either (just extra fluff)
  4. inconsistent preview times (space's emotions)
  5. volumes.. 5% is waay too low for gameplay. I suggest making it a consistent 25% across the entire duration. The volume variation in the song is minimal so it's fine to just use one volume setting value
basic
  1. 00:28:152 (5,1) - as this is the easiest diff in the set, I suggest making the flow here more beginner friendly. Only time in the diff with slightly questionable flow.
  2. 00:42:187 - stawt the spinner here. This time is actually the true measure start/large white tick (once you change offset mentioned in general)
ethan's intermediate
  1. 00:07:099 (3,1) - 1/1 spacing too similar to 1/2 spacing. I suggest spacing some more to make the difference in rhythmic spacing clearer. applies for 00:11:310 (1) - too
  2. 00:18:327 (2) - perhaps you can ctrl+g this slider? I think it'll work nicely with how the vocals step down a little. also provides a nice flow break at 00:19:731 (1) - for the measure start
  3. 00:22:187 (4) - seems kinda weird that this is the only time you use 1/4 rhythm. either add more 1/4 rhythm usage in the diff or remove this instance to improve rhythm coherence
lonesome's intermediate
  1. 00:42:187 (1) - perhaps space this out a little more so it's not touching the previous slider?
  2. if treating the diff like a normal diff (as it's easier than the advanced), then stacking leniency is too low. From the ranking criteria:

If stacks are used, Stack Leniency must be set high enough for 1/1 hit objects to stack. Directly overlapping hit objects cause reading problems for new players.
space's emotions
  1. The default soft-hitfinish and soft-hitclap is way too noisy for this kind of calm song. I recommend either using drum samples like the other diffs or finding custom hitsounds
  2. 00:07:099 (2,3) - only time in the difficulty for this instance where you map with 1/2 rhythm as opposed to a 1/1 slider. e.g. 00:18:327 (2) -
  3. 00:36:222 (3) - spaced too far for such a quiet beat. could try ctrl+g'ing 00:35:169 (2) - or repositioning the objects around this time to decrease spacing
