There are plenty of people in the osu community who are the same as you, actively looking for friends. It isn't really that hard, at least for me, but I'm not really an introvert so who knows, maybe it depends on the person. I bid good luck to you though, I hope you find friends. Not hard to find, but it's hard to find true ones, especially online.
